This place is fantastic! The ladies are very kind, professional and great customer service! I’ve been here a couple times and the service is always the same!

What I did not like about this place is that the lady that did my daughters manicure was constantly on her cell phone and that to me is very unprofessional.

I am from Kentucky and I have to say they were very nice and welcoming! Very detailed Lisa was very thorough and did an excellent job!

They were very kind and attentive. It was my first visit here and it was so worth it. I got a dip ombre and I like it.

This place is amazing! Very clean and modern. Everyone was very friendly. The manager Lisa was very hospitable and runs the salon professionally. My nail tech Emily was very professional and knowledgeable about the services. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a manicure or pedicure as the service was 5 stars and the price was reasonable. My tech Emily was the best, ask for her personally and you will be very happy with the results. She’s friendly, funny, and makes you want to return. I won’t go anywhere else.

I am new to Florida so I decided to try the salon. I live in the winter park area. I chose the salon for its location and it had positive reviews. I went yesterday in the evening time. I decided to leave a review not to bash the salon but to help someone who also is new to the area. I had Robert (I believe that was his name). He seemed very confident and insulted the last nail job that I had and said he can do better. Now he rushed me to pick a color. English is not his first language so it was hard to communicate at times. He also did my pedicure. He barely took my last color off well. He tried to use some old instruments he had already used in his dirty nail box until I politely asked him to get a sterile new pack of instruments. They use a tub liner with the jet over the liner which still seemed uncleaned. I asked a lot of questions and he still was trying to use old dirty instruments saying he was just cleaning up the nail polish, you can see the old color under the new color. Luckily my husband had Jin, she was amazing and tried to be upbeat and help him out. My husband had a great mani and pedi. She was pleasant, professional, and clean. I was so not relax because I had to watch the nail tech. He painted descent and the dip nails was a slightly better job.filed my nails croaked. I would advise to chose your nail tech carefully here. In this salon, it was clean. I would go back to give it another try but definitely would go to Jin. She helped my review get 3 stars instead of 2.

I’ve lived in Orlando for 2 years now and this nail salon by far is the best one in the area. From how they treat you to the quality of their services is just top notch. The owner and employees are very friendly, customer service oriented and make you feel like family. Amy did my full set and she was a sweetheart, best nail tech i’ve come across in a while. I absolutely loved it and definitely will be returning.

I’m so glad I found this nail salon. Honestly, I’ve been the one other salon since I lived in Orlando and this is the only one that gives me exactly what I want! I can be really indecisive sometimes but I’m in absolute love with them! Their dip and acrylic is no joke! Emily is my girl!

Emily was great! She did a great job with SND on my nails, including a gel matte top coat. It was raining when I was leaving, so they offered me a poncho so I wouldn't get wet! Offered me soda, water, or wine to drink while I got my nails done! In general very clean work stations, bathroom, and whole place in general was very clean. For pedicures, they cover the water tube with a plastic liner, so you know it's always clean. Will be coming back!

Great service.chatted to set up an appointment. Even offered to work on manicure and pedicure at the same time to help with my time crunch. I ended up just going back the next for the pedicure.

This is the best gel manicure and pedicure I have ever had. Christina is friendly, and does a perfect job. All of the staff there is wonderful. They even made sure I didn't get a parking ticket by paying the meter. I couldn't believe the wonderful customer service. They really care about making their customers happy. I highly recommend going there.

I love this place, everyone is very attentive and do great job. I would never let anyone do my nails but myself until I met Emily. She delivers exactly what I ask for and goes above and beyond.
