In theory the gym is not a bad idea with the set up, talk about a million people hovering over the equipment. There is a max capacity limit. Not worth it. I thought I canceled back in January when I signed the form and just found it, it was never canceled (make sure if you cancel you get it a copy of cancellation).

Please don’t sign up for the personal trainer I’m stuck in a contract I didn’t even know I was signing and they won’t help me please don’t sign up at all!

Overly crowded. Childcare is overcrowded as in they are by reservations only most times. You will get turned away even if they aren’t full (because other people have reserved —whether they show up or not). Their reservation system is always glitching as well. Very very frustrating.

Not bad, love the swimming pool portion. However, Sauna is not very hygienic, people come in with their street shoes, sneakers, sweaty and fully clothed. I was not yet able to sign up for any "included" classes. They are always full. Hydro massage only worked for 5 mins. Needed help from staff, as it is repeatedly locked. Supposed to get a welcome training set up. She texted me she couldn't make it at the agreed time, and then ghosted me. (I have the text to prove it) The stars are for the friendly front office staff and the nice swimming area with hot tub. If it wasn't for that I'll drop the membership. Never used the gym yet, due to first welcome training cancelled by trainer and inability to get into any classes. This is for the Ehrlich rd.location.

I used to like coming to this gym but as a mom im really bummed that I can never seem to make a reservation for my child for kid care. They are not enough slots available. I feel like im throwing money down the drain.and even now more so since they shorten the kid care hours.so looks like im gonna have to find a new gym

Carrollwood (Ehrlich) is AWESOME.

Brandon, terrible. Won't allow you back to see your child. Must wait at the door for them to bring your child to you. What is this, a child detention facility?

I’ve been coming for a year now! It’s my second home wouldn’t trade EOS for no other gym. The front staff are always nice and friendly. Tucker always greets and wishes us a great day when we finish.great job EOS!

I came here to look for other gym options and wanted to do the 7 day trial. I did not step foot once more after that initial visit.

Before even stepping foot inside I was bombarded with texts and phone calls. After being slightly annoyed by this I made my appointment to see the place.

This place is run by kids. I stood by the front desk for over several minutes and the teenagers were just talking amongst themselves before they even noticed I existed. Instead of getting a Hello I was greeted with "what? Whats wrong? Your tag not working" lol what? I explained I was here for a tour and complimentary workout session

The person I had been corresponding with was nice and toured the facility with me and explained everything. It's a nice place with a lot of amenities. They have a movie theater which is cool but seems over the top.

After the tour was over, I noticed that not only was the place run by kids but there were nobody but kids working out there. Everybody seemed to have terrible gym etiquette and I didn't see any employee cleaning anything. It was crowded and uncomfortable. I never saw morre crowded gym in my life. Just teenagers talking and playing on the machines like they were at recess and not actually working out. At my normal gym you get kicked out for doing that stuff.

I cut my workout short cause I couldn't deal with the vibes anymore. Never went back but still got phone calls and texts begging me to sign up for days. NOPE

Got stood up by TWO personal trainers, no warning. Only found out after I showed up to the gym. And I'm STILL getting charged beyond the 30 day cancellation notice. Every person I speak to there tells me something different. Very poor experience. No real resolution was offered.

DONT EVER COME HERE. Look up sports club CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT and it will tell you all you need to know. They are a rebranded version of it. They were making it impossible to cancel membership / training when people DIED or get DEPLOYED TO AFGHANISTAN. This gym doesn’t care about the customers! They will sign you up for a 6 month agreement, take your money, and WILL NOT let you cancel or get any refunds. The trainers there are treated terribly. They only get 30% commissions from training so no good trainers stay. They will throw the trainers under the bus, fire them for no reason. There is constant turn over. WATCH OUT FOR WES. He is a snake that only cares about his wallet. He will lock you in a contract that you cannot escape.

I love EOS as a gym because they’re open 24hours but it’s always packed Understandable because it’s so nice but that’s my only complaint!

I love my trainer, Ianna. She really listens to me, and all the exercises she has me do will help me just the way I wanted. She has shown me how to use almost all the machines so far and is a super fun trainer. She uses interesting techniques and makes me feel good about myself. I love the gym and that good trainers are there for all kinds of people, even sixty-three year olds like me!

Best gym I've ever been a member of. Affordable, plenty of parking, great classes and instructors.

Impossible to cancel anything, constantly having to drive there for in person conversations and they still find ways to screw you over. Finally canceled and still got charged full cost despite trying to cancel for the last month. Terrible customer service.

The front desk is always welcoming and friendly. I just wish people would wipe down the machines.

Went there today on the advertised 7 day pass. I live an hour north of this location and am in town on a work trip. They said this nullified me for the 7 day pass. Then after much discussion, I paid 20$ for a day pass. Equipment was nice, but the staff was unhelpful. Would not return.

It's always too crowded at any time I do not recommend it In addition, when we signed up with my husband, we spoke with the person who was making the registration that if we could go at different times, that's why he gave each of us a card, it seems stupid to me that I can't go to the gym alone when my husband can't go to the front every day.if we were not registered Last night I had to take me back home because they didn't let me train if I didn't go with the main member it's ridiculous that's horrible this experience

The pool is the only reason I have joined the gym, it never ever gets power washed, the floors are now a dark color, don't step on it with your bare feet because you can probably get athletes foot, I keep addressing this and volunteered to power wash the floor myself. It is the most unclean unattended area of the the entire gym, senior fitness class members always are complaining about the dirtiness of the floor, I wish they get someone to power wash. Please do something.

Hello very good night today I went to the gym and I had a bad experience with the customer services as it is possible that they will not let me pass because I do not live in Tampa it is supposed to be an I. D. From Florida and because I am from Miami they will not let me pass really bad experience and I will leave my bad comment for that.
