Talked to Kenny on a Saturday needing a new unit installed and the new unit was installed on Monday. Very professional and quick to get my AC up and running all at a very reasonable cost. Anthony (Lead Installer) showed up on time, answered all my questions, was very professional and had my system installed and going very quickly. Highly recommend the excellent services at Epic AC!

A technician came out within hours of my calling. He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. The diagnostic rate was less than competitors, too.

I had a great experience with Epic AC Service. Mr. Brandon McCumber was on time, professional, was very courteous of my home and answered all my questions.

Epic came out and replaced our whole unit today, the guys were great! Cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. Definitely recommend this company.

Epic AC was the only local business that would come out and fix my HVAC unit on Sunday. Even though it was Fathers Day! Their response time was great. From the time I called them until the technician (Brandon) got to my house barely an hour had passed. And about 30-40 minutes later the problem was solved. I will be using Epic AC from here on out and I highly recommend them.

This past week, I called Epic Ac at 8: 30am after realizing my inside HVAC fan wouldn’t turn on, and Matt was at my house and ready to repair it at 9am! Anytime I have AC troubles, Epic AC is my go to! They are fast, reliable, and Matt even took the time to show me what had happened and how everything in my AC worked.

I have used Epic A/C a few times. Professional and prompt with knowledgeable employees that are caring and respectful of me and my property. I had Anthony and Brandon install new units and they did a superb job. Neat Install and they cleaned up the area when finished. Also Janet was awesome with equipment info and was able to answer the many questions I had for this project. I also like that the whole team kept me informed about scheduling and other important information. They registered the new equipment for warranty with the manufacture. Very happy and cool.

On Monday and Tuesday, February 13 and 14th. Epic air conditioning did a complete change out of my residential AC system. From the initial estimate to the completion of the work everything was great. I’ve quite literally used every ac company in the tri county area. Hands down epic has been the best. Showed up when they said they would, kept in touch every step of the way and then some, made sure everything was done the way it was suppose to be and didn’t cut corners. In May of this year, we hired Epic Air to replace the AC ducting under our home. Throughout the summer, the AC was not operating properly. In October we contacted Epic and they immediately dispatched someone to check out our system. They immediately repaired our problem and the AC is working very efficiently now. I want to personally thank Kenny, Kim, Anna and Robbie for their quick resolution to our problem.
