Epic at Gateway Apartments, Pinellas Park FL

We stayed in this property since October 2018 onwards everything was going great but suddenly they have made some changes in the maintenance requirements which I found to be very weird. My air conditioning stopped working all of a sudden around 6: 20 pm in the evening and when we called the emergency maintenance helpline the guy on the phone told that this is not an emergency request so they are not going to come and fix it.
My question is how in this scorching Florida weather a family can survive without air conditioning n that too with a 4 year old toddler.
After giving this type of service they have increased the rent 40-50%.

Currently awake when I should be asleep because they scheduled an all day maintenance without proper notice or checking with me. This is definitely not the only issue I’ve had with them, for $2800 a month for a 2 bedroom you can definitely find better places to live.

Have enjoyed our stay at Kingston. We've been here 6 years and lived here previously for 2 years. There is more space and amenities than many other communities. We have a parking pad, a large enclosed yard (end unit), a microwave, dishwasher, a well as a washer and dryer. There is also a playground less than a block away. The bedroom sizes and closet space are decent. The unit is in good condition. The community is fairly quiet and safe. We speak with many of our neighbors and most people are respectful of others. It's not perfect, but it's a good community especially for families with children of any age.

Great place, nice people and great amenities. I like that you get an immediate response when something's needs to be fixed. I like that the neighborhood is quiet. There isn't too much nosie around, which I like a lot. I definitely like the layout of the apartment and love that it is spacious that's is one of the reasons for considering this location.

My boyfriend and I are getting ready to move here in a few months. Our leasing experience with Eric has been absolutely exceptional! He has answered my 1,000 questions emailed daily, he kept us in the loop when new units opened that we expressed interest in, and kept us updated on the status of our application/lease every step of the way.

Each time we were on site to view a unit, the property was clean, quiet, and the residents all pleasantly said Hi to Eric which as a future resident is very reassuring. We cannot wait to move in!
