Epic Theatres of Clermont

We came to see the Barbie movie. We had such a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, and the people seem happy. We loved it.

Went to see MI Saturday afternoon. It was playing in theatre 16. Major complaint was that there was some kind of misalignment in the RGB mirrors causing a severe color astigmatism in the screen, Every edge of objects in the images had a red tint on the left side and blue tint on the right side across the screen. The overall result was a blurry scene and it made my eyes hurt after about a half hour into the movie. Sounds like EPIC needs to have their projector's tuned up.

Great spot to watch a movie in Clermont. So nice to visit a fantastic theatre with fully reclining seats, easily accessible snacks and still has tightwad Tuesdays for their members. Easy to buy tickets ahead and great spot a bit away from the more touristed areas such as Disney Springs and the like!

Clean environment, very good sound and visuals in the theaters, and cushioned chairs that recline nicely. Definitely one of the best theaters to go to for the Clermont area, especially if you want a good experience that doesn't break the bank.

Very clean. Nice reclining seats. Becoming my favorite theater. Love the low walls in front of each row to block the people seated in front of you.

Talk about dysfunctional. Crowds of people trying to figure out how to check in for their prepaid movie and no employees to help. It’s really gone downhill around here. Bathrooms dirty. I will drive to Orlando next time.

Some of their screens have not been updated. Very dim. One screen in particular, screen three, has blue dots all over the screen. Makes the viewing experience very bad. Instead of repairing their projector, they continue to show movies on the screen. I suggest if you go there, do not see a movie in theater 3.

I love the seats but they may need to hire a few more people to help clean up underneath and around them. The beers good but way too expensive. Not of a fan of the pre made food. I like it fresh. The nachos are a joke.

Love this movie theater. Clean, comfortable and cold bring a sweater. I usually run hot not here I am shivering. ETA the theater went from cold to warm. Removed a star because of it.

Austin at the bar is great. They should make it possible to tip on your card for these bartenders!

This was my first visit and I was very satisfied with the theater and its cleanliness. We will definitely be back for many more.

Very pleased with the service, how fast the line for popcorn went and atmosphere of the theater.

On 6/11/23 it was Our very 1st time as a family to this theater we went to watch the 7: 30pm showing of Transformers what a disappointment very DIRTY outside & inside we went to see Transformers and the cleaning crew didn’t get there until the theater was getting full they got there did a quick sweep and left we won’t be going back to this Theater again management really need’s to be better here and have a better system because there theatre is not well maintained at all. I don’t even give a star ️ it’s all zero for my family and myself. VERY VERY DISGUSTING. I wish I would’ve taken pictures so everyone could see how disgusting and dirty the theater was.

It is very quiet and we still find friendliness in its staff, the alternative is a good one if you do not want to leave the city

Always theaters are clean as well as the bathrooms. That is why we keep going back. Manager is great and responsive when needed.

Filthy place, expensive concessions. We just moved to the area, and have taken our son to several movies at this theater as it is blocks from our home. Every time we have gone it's been so dirty. From the disgusting bathrooms with old stained toilets and gunk splattered walls and mirrors to the main area floors covered in popcorn and paper trash (with employees with brooms and dustpans literally walking on the popcorn aimlessly). Clean up! This could be a decent place. Have gone a few more times in the past few years since this review was posted, exact same dirtiness issues and now the AC barely works and there are weird shadows and lines on several of the screens.

Update: they do a great job here. Seats are recliners and you can choose where you sit which is nice. Updating to 4 star now that construction is all done.

You can't beat the price, especially with their Tuesday specials. The theaters are fairly clean and have the nice recliners. They have been redoing the theater and when we went it was fairly unorganized, especially in the refreshment area. Hopefully next time we go it will be finished and this will change to a 4 or 5 star.

Air conditioning wasn’t working, movie picture was very grainy, manager was no where to be found after the movie was over. Was made aware of AC problems. He should have been offering comp tixs to everyone in that theater.
