If you are considering using ERA Grizzard as property management, stay clear of Diane Schlosser. You pay her for services, but yet she works harder for the tenant! Extremely displeased!

Jamie Correia, the property manager for the house we rented took care of issues with the rental in very timely manner. She was very professional and friendly. The website of ERA Grizzard which we used to submit service request was very easy to use and every submission we made was given immediate attention by Jamie. She is simply the best property manager we ever had. She took care of us from the beginning until the issuance of the security deposit refund after we moved out.
