My computer had an unusual problem and Eric was able to troubleshoot and resolve the problem in a timely manner.

Eric is always professional and friendly. He will always be the first one I call when our computers decide they want to get a mind of their own. Eric is the best.

Highly recommend Eric. Took my PC in and he knew exactly what the problem was, even told me how to get the part cheaper online and didn't want to charge me anything, but his training to know the problem quickly was worth something.
