If I had to pick the best doctor appointment that I have ever been to. This one was it. I was seen on time; staff were excellent and so was the physician. He was personable, kind, and gave me excellent suggestions on managing my care.

Outstanding care/treatment from this group of health care providers. Receptionists, technicians and Dr. James were the best! Great atmosphere.

We went to the Riverview location. The staff were wonderful and the wait time was very short. It was a great experience.

Unlike other physicians, Dr. James takes time to listen and understand his patient’s situation, asks very concrete questions, is knowledgeable and experienced.
He doesn’t only address most immediate issue but looks far in the future to give the patient a bigger picture pertaining to their well being.
Dr. James has a very pleasant and approachable disposition as well.

Dr. Eric took my pain and needs seriously. I love that he also is attentive to the details of my pain and couldn’t ask for better.

First I did not wait long and the receptionists were kind and on the ball. The technician, Celeste, took x-rays of my broken foot. She was kind and professional. Then the PA came in and she was very articulate and explained how my foot was still broken and how long the recovery would be etc.and told me how to take care of it. She was first rate! Then Dr. James came in and confirmed that my foot was still broken and how best to care for it. He said it would be another four to eight weeks wearing my boot. He is very kind and personable. He said to come back in a month for more xrays to see how it was healing. Great medical care in a fine office environment.

Dr. James is a skilled physician and patiently listens to my problems with my feet. He has been very helpful with suggestions which have helped me move forward with good ideas,

Everyone was very sweet, from the building front desk, security, cleaning team up to the staff at the doctor suite. Very attentive, organize, quick and knowledgeable of what they are doing. I went to them to seek a 2nd opinion and I am staying with them.

Liked Dr James and Alyssa from the first time I met them at the hospital.
I felt comfortable with him performing my hip surgery and both him and Alyssa came to check on me every single day while I was in the hospital.

IT WAS A THOROUGH VISIT INCLUDING X-RAYS, EVERYONE WAS PLEASANT. I HAVE STARTED PHYSICAL THERAPY AS RECOMMENDED. I SEE NO NEED FOR IMPROVEMENT.
