We knew that we needed someone with integrity who is trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable, has a good rapport with Wakulla county officials, as well as a lot of experience building custom homes and someone who would allow us to use a couple of our own subcontractors. Now that our home is finished, I can honestly say we absolutely made the best decision when we chose Erick Beam Construction. He provided in depth cost breakdowns. He never once missed my phone call without sending a text immediately saying he would call back asap, which he always did. The quality of our home remained his number 1 priority throughout the process. He provided subcontractors who are the best in the business and he held them accountable. I have friends who have had homes built and almost always their builders had to come back and finish items from the punch list.
