Rude, refuses to pay employees agreed amount, show’s employees where he is changing pay amount and changes it back to previous pay once employee is gone, unprofessional with staff, stapled a termination letter making accusations against employee through last paycheck after employe quit, Arguing with employees during business hours. AWFUL EMPLOYER!

We had to go through our warranty company for a leaking toilet. They found this company and I couldn’t be more pleased! He was attentive and listened to my concerns, explained everything he did, and was able to diagnose and fix the toilet in a way that 2 other plumbers were unable to do! He’s located far from my house, but I will gladly pay his travel fee if I ever have any issues in the future. HIGHLY recommend!

I had water pouring out of my closet floor and had two other plumbers come casually and inspect the situation. The gentleman from Eric’s plumbing gave everything a thorough look and realized that the leak was coming from my AC unit.

Both of the other companies wanted to charge me at least $400 to do leak detection and I would have been furious to find out I didn’t even need a plumber.

Their honesty has earned my future business. So glad I had three estimates on the situation.

Eric and his son installed a new AO Smith hot water heater for us. I contacted him in the AM and he arrived and had the water heater installed by 5Pm. Very professional and gave us the best quote of all the businesses I contacted. I highly recommend Eric's for all your plumbing needs!

I'm not sure why the rating for this business is a 3.2. Very misleading and not true I had 2 services in a row performed by Eric's company this week for a new house that had bad issues like a leak and a low water pressure. Eric's team came out first visit to fix a low water pressure problem around whole house. His knowledge immediately Indicated where issue was. Second time Eric himself came out and corrected a leak in master bedroom. He quickly repaired with great service. I will always call Eric for my plumbing issues.

Eric's Plumbing Repiped my house, proper permits, business perfect conduct, work done by guys that knew what they were going.job was completed in one day, passed inspection the next day. These guys have a great attitude and tomorrow he's going to give an estimate for my mother's house. Hard to find guys that know what they are doing and each step of the way I watched them and they did not skip a beat. Takes a lot for me to give 5 stars, but when credit is due, give credit

We were very pleased with the service we received. They actually charged us less than quoted as the job didn’t take very long. That never happens! They were happy to install 2 faucets, not everyplace wants small jobs. We have already recommended them to others.

Great and friendly service. Called when I had an issue, Eric came right out and located the problem. I would recommend his services if you are in the Polk County area!
