Erika is amazing! Her persistence keeps me focused and committed to my weekly gym schedule. She helped develop a new attitude and new way of living. Also the expertise and guidance she provide through my strength training sessions / coaching has not only help me physically but also mentally. Along with more confidence and drive to stay healthy, she makes sure I make the right eating choices. For my surprise I eat rather than starve (different from other loss weight programs I had used in the past). I lost inches of fat over our first 4 weeks; but most important the emotional help she has provide me is the golden rule for my progress. I look forward to each session!
