Loved our experience at Escape Goat tonight. We played their Fisherman’s Tale room and were able to complete it with only three of us, but it definitely was still challenging and fun. They used several mechanics that we had never seen (or have seen rarely) in escape rooms before, which in some ways made it more difficult but also made it more fun and rewarding. The staff were incredible and we absolutely would like to bring friends back to try their other rooms. Thank you Escape Goat!

After having done over 150 escape rooms around the US and getting an idea of the Orlando scene, I think Escape Goat hosts solid games. The owners are great and put a lot of care into their rooms.

Fisherman's Tale (3/5) : A fish and ship-themed quest for lost treasure. The set was cute and had good polish, with more than one room and even an on-theme hinting system. The story is fairly light, but the overall theme is consistent through the puzzles and props. The puzzles involved a mix of tech and combination locks, and pretty much all of them were standard as far as escape games. However, the puzzles were fun and fair. Overall, Fisherman's Tale was a decent room and fun to play. [Completed as a pair of enthusiasts with 10: 05 remaining and two hints. ]

Quest (4/5) : When a dragon starts wreaking havoc on your village, you seek help from a man known for his study of magical creatures. There's a live actor in this room, mainly for the purpose of storytelling and hinting-this was done well. The set was nicely done and the decorations and props had special touches that made them better than your average medieval set. The story was somewhat lacking in the middle part of the room, but the intro and especially outro were above average. There is some diversity of puzzles, including logic, searching, association, and a more physical puzzle that involves a really cool set piece. Some of the puzzles were more involved/layered than average, though none of them were novel. Overall, I loved the integration of the theme and props into the tasks we had to do for this room. The puzzle quality, cool contraption, and story elements elevate this room above Fisherman's and bring the rating up to a 4. [Completed as a pair of enthusiasts with 6: 55 remaining and two or three hints. ]

I definitely think Escape Goat is worth the trip away from the major Orlando area.

Me and my friends have done all the rooms and had such a great time everytime we go! The employees are all very kind and helpful, all rooms are private, the price is amazing, and the rooms are fun for all ages! My favorite escape room to date and I recommend you should go and find out for yourself how fun Escape Goat is!

We wanted to do something as a family for fun and figured we'd try out an escape room. This was local and not overly priced so we booked a room. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and they do private rooms (meaning they don't combine groups of people). We did Camp Echo and loved it. Our daughter (9yrs) was able to participate and we had a great time. After that we decided to do all the rooms. Every time we went the experience was amazing The rooms are wonderfully designed with a lot of attention to detail. The puzzles are fun and challenging. The staff is friendly. I highly recommend Escape Goat.

Was a great time! This place is very well set up. Good puzzles in the rooms. Fun storylines. The room was challenging but doable. Would definitely recommend this place.

This place was great. The theming was very good and there was a lot to do within the room. It was mostly a single room but it was large. The puzzles were challenging but made sense. We just missed finishing but the game master let us finish still as we were right at the cusp. Game master was in the room which was a cool element but didn’t add much, but he was themed to match so it wasn’t a negative either. Would indeed do another room if we are in the area again.

Second ever escape room and I can hands down say the immersiveness and variety of puzzles and story will ensure I come back to do their others. I highly recommend "the quest"

I’ve done at least 15 escape rooms in my life, and this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a review… because I was so pleased with the entire experience! Escape Goat is a family-owned business, not a chain, and at least one of the owners (who was on site at the time we visited) is a woman. Each room is private – you never play with strangers. This was perfect for my school-age child’s very first escape room! The people at Escape Goat would not have been more wonderful with her. They let her preview the room, assured her nothing would be jumping out, and showed her that no one is really locked in. They lowered the sound effects and got rid of the lightning so it would be more comfortable for her, as she has some sensory sensitivities. They could not have been more welcoming, kind or inclusive. I appreciate it deeply. The room was spotless and in great condition, easy to find, ample parking, not a super-far drive from Orlando theme park area. I highly recommend making this part of your vacation (or, if you are local, part of your evening out!) Much thanks to the Escape Goat staff to making my kiddo a convert… she can’t wait to do another room.

We did camp echo and fisherman's tale! Amazingly themed and has some pretty sound logic. Even the 1 room puzzles like Camp Echo have a lot to unpack. I feel technology was used modestly in both, moreso in camp echo. Great all around!

We had a great time here in camp echo. The room was in great shape and the staff went above and beyond to make the experience sensory friendly for our daughter.

I made my in-room game master laugh.
I have to say this place is definitely a hidden treasure in Central Florida! Family-owned and ran by them, they are very mindful of their customers, open to feedback, and even give the chance afterwards to “geek out” about what they love about escape rooms and where to find the best ones.
The decor for the two rooms we have done are amazing! Love the touches they did for Area 51, but by far their top notch Quest room will really create an amazing experience!
Puzzles and riddles are outstanding that will make you have plenty of “A-ha! ” moments.
You also have an in-game game master that stays in character with whatever the theme of the room is. If you ask without asking for a clue, they will not break character. My proud moment, though, was making my game master laugh.
Awesome place, probably a little weird location yet not too far from the calm city life of Winter Garden, it deserves a look and worth the trip!

First time ever doing an escape room. I’ve been wanting to do it for a long time. This place was awesome. We had a really good time. I have a feeling that every escape room after this one won’t measure up. I want to go back and do the other rooms.

We did all 3 games back to back. The staff was knowledgeable friendly and accommodating. The games were a lot of fun and well done. They gave just the right amount of nudges when appropriate. We will definitely be back when the new room opens.

We had a great time here! Booking was simple online and so was check-in. We played "The Quest" and we had an employee with us in the room that was in costume to go with the theme. He was great! If we needed any clues he was the one we got them from, not over a walkie-talkie, so that was nice. Overall really enjoyable experience. Clean, updated, organized, and easy to follow rules.
*Youngest person in our group of six was twenty-three.

A can't miss experience in the Orlando area, some of the best escape rooms in the country, great for families, freinds night out, or dates! Each room builds a beautiful mythology that you are well immersed in by some of the best puzzles in the industry.

We visited Escape Goat on Friday 16th September. We decided to visit this location after being recommended one of their rooms (The Quest) from another escape room owner in Orlando.

The venue was great, very welcoming and nicely designed reception area.

The escape room was great, very interesting theming and use of multiple elements to make the game challenging and fun.

What sets this company aside from others is their amazing guest service. The minute we entered the premises we felt welcomed and were given lots of useful information.

The staff here are very friendly and passionate about what they do.

Most importantly for us, this venue offers private rooms for parties of two plus, meaning we didn’t have to pay for all available spaces which can rack up to over $200. The pricing was the best we have come across and for that we’re grateful.

This was the first escape room we did where a host was in the room with us. I was unsure how this would work but in fact it made the room a lot more enjoyable. Having someone there to step in and help (when prompted) is great because you get immediate feedback and guidance which won’t affect your time negatively. Our host made sure to stand in the corner of the room out of the way and not causing a distraction until we needed him and this was a great touch.

Overall a great venue! Fun room, lovely family business and we are excited to return and try the Camp Echo room.

-Camp Echo-
Plenty of room. Lots of puzzles to keep people busy, but it wasn't our cup of tea. To be fair, our team doesn't care for (the game) clue type puzzles, and we have mixed feelings on cabin themes. Others who don't have these feelings may fair better.

Customer Service: excellent
Fun Factor: poor
Immersion: above average
Puzzles: above average
Would we return: no
