Eskimo Brothers is extremely professional, courteous, and fast to respond. We had a great a experience with them. When another company was trying to gouge us with their pricing, I asked my neighbor for a referral. He immediately recommended Eskimo Brothers who recently installed a new system in his home. Eskimo Brothers came to our home within a couple of hours of calling them and their pricing was much more affordable and reasonable.

Wyatt performed a routine check on my heating/cooling system. He took a picture of one part to show me it needed to be replaced, and we discussed the UV lamp and what should be done. A few days later, I heard what sounded like water from the condensate pump so he returned to double check that and explained the thermostat working during weather changes. I found Eskimo Brothers prompt for their appointment, and willing to double check the system on the items I didn't understand. Reliable, not pushy and overselling. Gladly give them 5 stars!

Excellent service by Josh. Truly showed care and answered any questions I had. He installed the HALO-LED Air Purifier and we without a doubt have better air quality now.

Wyatt diagnosed and fixed the problem with the drain line fast. Even though they came on a Saturday, their rates were very reasonable. I hope to not need them, but will call them if I have any other issue with my air conditioner again.

I had another HVAC company tried to trick me by using fake pics from another job saying my evaporator coil was going “to explode”, they also disconnected the low voltage transformer and shorted the fuse for the transformer protection in an effort to sabotage the air handler. Eskimo Brothers came and looked at the unit and confirmed that the air handler was good, they also fixed the sabotage that was done by the previous company and gave me an honest good estimate to replace the compressor which was shot. Eskimo Brothers are HONEST, efficient and skilled at this.

Josh was prompt, professional and thorough in diagnosis and fixing the problems I needed corrected to get us cool and comfortable. They're family owned and operated as well which to me always matters!

Eskimo Brothers did an amazing job! Found out my unit was not working Till later in the day. Called them up and they were very polite and were able to come out same day. Once they arrived they were very professional and polite, they looked at all points for the problem and were able to repair the issue. I loved how they explained what happened and the resolution. Definitely will be calling them again for any AC problems I end up having!

Josh came in and did an outstanding job by checking everything on both units. He took the time to explain all he was doing and even gave me some suggestions on how to maintain the unit.

I can't begin to express how appreciative my husband and I are for the phenomenal job you all did to get our AC back to normal working conditions. It ended up being a two day job, and I literally saw him waiting in the car for the pouring rain to stop to get services done - talk about dedication!
