Walked in for a pedicure. Simple, basic. Didn’t even ask for gel. They did not open fresh cleaning tools in front of me. She pulls a random clipper out of her stash. The person spoke to me the entire time, not a fan. Then, after my 20 minutes non relaxing pedicure. I went to pay and it was $70! Plus tip. To this day, I feel like the person charged me based on my appearance or she didn’t like me bc I didn’t want to talk. There were no prices posted. No communication on what type of service I wanted. Wasn’t shown a list of services. Place was basically empty. I figured basic pedicures are maybe $30 at the most with a tip. I will never go back and I told my woman’s group of to avoid being cheated here when we all live in the area. No clean tools visible. Not a relaxing environment and fully irresponsible charging of basic services. Not to mention she cut my nails so short I actually bleed during the service. It’s a hard pass

Not only did Pheobe do the best job on my nails of anyone I’ve ever had in the Naples area.she’s entertaining and funny I had a wonderful experience. Will be back!

(Out of towner that just googled nail shops) I walked in Saturday evening and only waited about 5mins to get in the chair. I wasn't trying to sound rude and I usually don't rush, but that day I was. My family was next door eating and I just needed a quick pedi (20mins top). The owner took over and was very accommodating. She finished my brows and pedi in 20mins. The service was fantastic and all the staff members were friendly and sociable. Everyone has a different experience, but mine was 5 star! Thanks Hollie
