My first appointment for a deep tissue massage was amazing. Fast forward several months…. I got a gift certificate for a massage back in July. I scheduled an appointment for another massage. I got there and was waiting for the massage therapist to come get me. I was told that she was going to be late due to traffic from an accident. No biggie. I sat there for about 15 minutes and then the manager came in and asked if I could do a 30 minute massage instead of the 80 minute one I was scheduled for and that I could have some free add-ons. She went to get a brochure for me to look at and she never returned. I sat there for 30 more minutes. I had enough and told them I was leaving. I felt like they were trying to get rid of me so they weren’t behind schedule for the rest of the day.

I rescheduled it again. On my way there the manager called a said that they needed to push my appointment back 30 minutes. I have been trying to get my massage since July and it’s now the middle of September. After I use this gift certificate, I will find a new spa to use because the manager for this place is running it into the ground with her poor management skills.

Mike does an EXCELLENT job with painfree needle insertion. The rest is just comfortably sitting and getting the IV. And it appears to have already worked its magic

I had a cut and style from Ashlee. She did a great job, asking questions about what my hair was like, and what I wanted from the style. She did a great job, exercised great customer service skills, and was fun!

I had the Ultimate Unwinder massage. Do not waste your time. I have had facials with extractions that were more relaxing than this massage.

First-timer here and what a wonderful experience! I found my new spa. I was greeted right away. You can feel they love their job and enjoy working with each other. I got a deep tissue massage from Jaycie. How she managed to get all my knots out while i relaxed is amazing! Thank you all for a wonderful experience with exceptional customer service

We were being treated for a message. My best friend who is in from out of town and I were supposed to have our massages together. They called me back an hour before our scheduled appointment, they didn’t even tell us that our scheduled appointment was at four we were there at two my friend sat out there for over two hours before she was finally told what was going on, after being overlooked multiple times. The massage was not even relaxing, I left, feeling worse then I went in. And my best friend from out of town never even got her massage, because she was still sitting there waiting after I was done with my massage.

I was impressed with Dr Michael Lesser, very knowledgable. I received excellent and quick results.

And this spa is so luxurious. Only downside is that it’s difficult to get an appointment unless you schedule far in advance.

Facial was excellent. The facility is clean and the staff is very attentive to the clients needs.

Such a wonderful experience. I’ve been to many spas but never this location and I live 3 minutes away. The staff were so kind and so sweet. I was complimented by staff twice within 5 minutes of being in the building! It made me feel so happy to be greeted with such kindness. Everything was beautiful and tranquil, clean, smelled amazing, and so relaxing. Shout out to Celestina! If you want an awesome deep tissue massage, I recommend setting up an appointment with her. Manicure and pedicure Technician Lux and her was awesome.
For facial Victoria was excellent.
But management is poor. Drinks limits been now 2 poor snacks. It’s used to be great place to relax and enjoy not anymore.

Had an appointment with Dr. Lesser. Upon arrival the staff were very helpful and polite. Both Dr. Lesser and his assistant were very professional and very helpful. Great job and Thank you!
