I love this dealership! I became an Acura fan a few years ago when I was trying to build my credit. It was the first car under my name and I am already by Acura #3! Acura’s are beautiful, reliable and luxurious cars at a decent price.
My sales man Pepe Borges always goes above and beyond to get me the best car at the best price. He is knowledgeable and I’ve always had him help me get a new car.

As far as the servicing goes for my car, it’s a smooth process. I can either call and make an apt or I just show up. Never takes more then an hour or an hour and a half to service my car. They offering complimentary car washes as well.
All in all, I am beyond happy with my cars and the process of buying one here.

Daniel Quevedo in the service department went out of his way to help answer a question about a warranty, even though the warranty was through Honda, and they are an Acura dealer, he still went out of his way to help me out. I was impressed with his courtesy and follow up, which speaks well for the overall culture of Esserman Acura.
