Essex Luxe Apartments, Orlando FL

Current resident! I hate be the one to leave a bad review but I can’t even sleep at night. The people above me play loud music all night. I hand made complaints via the portal. Here it is at 2am on a weekday, I have to be up at 5 and music still playing.

Was going to look into this place but have now learned their going to start charging for visitor parking at certain times…red flag

It’s a great place but unfortunately people treat it as though its an ACTUAL resort and people don’t live here. There are constant parties out by the pool that are from midnight to 2-3 am. Its so loud, and nobody does ANYTHING about it. The college scene is nuts here, its more like a frat house than anything and people come and go as they please. It keeps my baby up for all hours of the night.

I hosted a Holiday Party in the Club House and I have nothing but praise for Jose and Carmen! They are absolute gems! Kind and helpful in every way! I am SO grateful for how wonderful everything was and how pleased everyone was with our party! The space definitely exceeded everyones expectations!

Carmen is so helpful and knowledgeable on the property. Essex is the best apartment in the area.

I wanted to take the time to come and leave another review.this time is to review the Maintenance team. Edgardo goes above and beyond and always helps with a smile on his face. It can be something small or a complex issue within the apartment, he is always willing to help and provide solutions.

Edgardo the technician is so great! I put in an order for a bad light bulb and to replace my water filter and he came within 10 minutes! Super efficient and friendly and even fixed a stubborn door we had next to our washer and dryer unit. Overall love loving here, well lit at night and clean in public spaces. Carmen and Jose in the office are super friendly too:)

Excellent administration and service. I have been living there for a year and they always give us top quality service. Today we had a spectacular breakfast. Thank you very much. Jose was great.

Love, love, love living here. I always feel safe even at night time. The area is lit up with lights and very clean. The staff is amazing, especially Carmen and Jose in the front office. They were able to explain to process in a way I can understand and make me feel very comfortable living here. If I ever have any problems such as a light bulb or anything they respond quickly.

Good place. Needs some improvements but in general it is good for the area. Good prices on rent and Jose is a good person very helpful as part of the management

This is definitely the best place I have lived. I love the pool and gym they offer. And the staff is amazing and so helpful.

Ed on the maintenance team is always taking care of my service request. He is always friendly and helpful. Jose in the office is always willing to help me with whatever I need.

Love Essex. Just transferred to another unit. Jose was very helpful and guide me through the process. Carmen brings great energy and gives 100% with anyone. Kudos!
