Estancia Hotel, Miami FL

I have been coming here for almost 2 years. It is an okay place. It is safe, I never had any scares. It is next to the airport. The staff is great. It is a little outdated, but it is good if you are traveling and need a night or two to stay. They also have themed rooms that come included with car garages for privacy which is cool. Those are a little more expensive but it is fun. They have jungle theme, and cabin theme etc. It's fun.

Love this hotel! So worth every penny. Rooms are super spacious, clean, quiet and just good energy overall

I have been waiting for a response to my email for 1 month to simply receive an Receipt while I have already recalled the hotel reception 4 times! Still no answers

An unbearable noise of music with bass sound at too much volume in the early morning (from 3 am non-stop until morning) apparently from an adjoining room. I called the front desk to file a complaint and the employee said they would send someone, but the noise continued, which tells me they didn't pay attention to my complaint.
I could have overlooked the strong smell of cigarettes, the lack of a refrigerator and that the supposed "jacuzzi" is a large bathtub that cannot be used as a jacuzzi, but the uncontrolled sound is too much. Impossible to rest.
A lack of respect considering that they charged me $230, which is too much for a hotel of that category.
I do not recommend it.

This place is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in! Honestly! The cleanest the politeness of the staff, I was able talk to the owner, I was amazed at the professionalism that they have! And I don't recommend too many people! But this one exceeds my expectation. I give it a 10 ️️️️️️

The worst thing was a mistake having slept there I have an allergy throughout my body I can't stand it the worst place and disgusting

Nice hotel. Security everywhere. Some rooms have garages, first time I ever witness that kind of setup. Great size rooms. Very clean. I can go on and on, customer service is great also. Wendy's is in very short walking distance. One way in one way out. I'm most definitely visiting again when in area!

Excellent location excellent staff excellent prices went to visit today by myself fully waxed to watch movies and play with my new toy don't be shy and come by and say hi _ i love to see folks haven't lost the tradition of flashing in small tight see through clothes which i love_ great place to celebrate halloween with big windows open curtains.

Great Hotel in a prime location.
The staff and front desk were extremely nice and professional. They gave me plenty of options, from rooms with a jacuzzi and garage to themed rooms. Greatly priced and more importantly very clean rooms.
Would highly recommend, whether looking for a short or overnight stay!
