I found the southern trading Company estate sales to be very fair priced and very friendly people working. I really enjoyed visiting these estate sales. The sales were just full of goodies!

Stopped at their store in Melbourne. Be prepared for them to change the prices when you get to the register and not honor the posted sales or tagged price. Seems like it’s ran by a bunch of dotty old women who think they can get away with bad business practices.

Bought an interesting small piece of history today which was aged and tattered but interesting nonetheless. The woman writing up my ticket charged me five times what was reasonable and grilled me about it and gave me bad looks at check out. Your employees need to just shut up and deal. I don’t need your personal opinion on something. I do these estate sales every single weekend and I’ve never been treated the way y’all did me today.

Best estate sale company in brevard county. Owner and staff are always friendly and helpful. I hardly ever miss any of their sells and I usually go to their sells first. I can see why they get the best sales in brevard county.

Don't expect to sell much at your estate sale using this company. Their employees are trained to treat everyone like thieves. I will never come to another sale represented by this company.

I cannot in any way recommend doing business with Nancy. I hired her to do my father’s estate sale. As people know this is a very emotional And stressful time. And Nancy made it worse. I signed a contract with her on May 8. As soon as I met her I thought she was the one. Boy was I wrong. Around the end of June she came and took pictures and we decided to do this sell the third week in June.she was going to get back in touch with me she did not. I Tex her no response. Tried calling her five times no answer. Had my son call her she answered. This woman is too old and too feeble to be doing this. Make sure you read all of her reviews. Go to the BBB And yelp.

I love this store. I am a regular shopper and have had excellent times with friends here. The store's people are helpful, courteous and professional. They have gone out of their way to accommodate my schedule, opening the doors for me even when the store is closed. (No, I am not friends with the owners or have any personal connections with this store at all.) I also like that they will work with the prices with you, lowering sometimes below half the sticker price. I think any one who loves antiques would like to shop here.

Southern Trading Company staged my estate sale beautifully. The employees were very professional and I was given a detailed list of everything that sold. I am an artist and had my own paintings and jewelry that I make for sale. I was allowed to participate in displaying and selling my art and jewelry. I was pleased with the sales.

Following passing of my father, we selected Southern Trading Company in Melbourne, FL to conduct an estate sale. The company's owner (Nancy) was great to work with. She was obviously very knowledgable of how to organize then conduct estate sales. Her crew was phenomenal - hard working, focused, very courteous - they organized all the items so ease review and selection by the crowds drawn to the sale - by another excellent service of the Southern Trading Company. They collected numerous photos of the items for sale on easily searched web sites to draw in perspective customers. The crew knew how to present the items, then ran the sale professionally.
From start to finish Southern Trading did an outstanding estate sale handling all aspects fairly, professionally, and effectively while keeping my sister and I informed with spot on advice and everything covered to conduct the sale.

It was so busy when I went to the sale, but even with this very well attended sale they answered my questions regarding the purchases I was seeking to make. I’m countering my soon to be ex husbands review. The owner and employees of this business went above and beyond getting the house emptied and ready for closing. Much to my embarrassment my soon to be ex husband is very bitter because of personal reasons and decided to take out his frustrations on the proprietor and her employees. I would say that Southern Trading handled this matter very professionally and I would recommend them to handle your estate with care, diligence, and expertise.

I attended an estate sale where the company forgot an extension cord. Since I lived close I volunteered to go home and get one of mine and let them keep it for the day. The cord was never returned even after several attempts on my part to get it back. If this is how they treat someone who does them a favor I would not trust them to sell my stuff.

I found Southern Trading Company to be very competent. My quadruplex was a more complicated sale and they did an excellent job. I was pleased with the outcome and the professionalism that they showed. If you want the best results have them do an inventory or work with them to do it yourself. I would definitely hire them again.

Nancy agreed to do my estate sale, we communicated details clearly, it was simple and going smoothly then all of a sudden she told me 3 days before the sale was to start she wasn't going to do it after all because she was too busy (I live 3000 miles away), then gaslighted me saying it was my fault because I made it too complicated (I'm a professional communicator / mediator and therapist). Then as I scrambled to fly there at considerable expense last minute to conduct it myself (house closing was on Monday) she wouldn't even give me a phone number of the charity organization that takes remaining belonging after a sale end. Conclusion? Nancy is a quite likely a narcissist and has no concept of what it means to be a decent human being. Stay away from this bizarre woman. She does not care about you nor about charitable organizations like she suggests.
