Most comfortable place I’ve had my nails done. The people are very sweet I recommend 10/10

They're under new management now and i'm never returning here again. Tiffany was the one who did my nails and my friends. The work was sloppy. She wanted to overprice us for everything. I'm glad i told her to break down the price for us because it went down an extra $25. It's ridiculous that she charged my nails an extra price because according to her they were "long". And for my friends nails.just look at it you can take the hint of how they turned out. (they're the brown ones) She charged us $35 for the gel and the "designs". It's ridiculous. They also didn't have so many essential items when it comes to doing nails. They didn't have gems, glitter, flowers, just products they should've already had. You can find better nail salons out here in Estero. Lesson Learned.

I’ve been going to venti nails for several years now and they do not disappoint! I currently got my nails by Tara. She did an amazing job and we the sweetest.

I set up a manicure and pedicure for a dear friend who is ill and in a wheelchair. They were amazing! The young lady that was doing her pedicure was so gentle and patient with her. While she was getting pampered in the pedi/recliner, Tara was standing right next to her working on her manicure and dip. We joked, and chatted and laughed…and my friend left with bright eyes and a big smile! Thank you so much Vanti! It’s mazing what a couple of lovely hours can do for one’s spirits.

Will never go back! Completely took advantage of an 88 yr old woman’s mild nature. Everything was an “upsell” without her understanding that she was paying an additional fee for certain services she thought were included. Returned to store as she was upset at the cost she paid for services. Refund for one service was given back but they were argumentative, rude and insistent that she was asked re add ons (accents were difficult for her to understand). Pricing brochure is misleading in the service descriptions!
What was supposed to have been a “treat” did not end up feeling that way

Would not go here again. A woman named rose was little rushed and didn’t clean up the French tip. (Especially the ring finger).
