HORRIBLE PLACE! Called TWO weeks ago to cancel a policy. The member MARIA said she sent in the paper work and then lied and said she NEVER received the correct paperwork. After catching her in the lie she said she didn’t see it cause the document wouldn’t open. Had us on hold for 30min and called from a different number and she answered. Asked her to talk to a supervisor and she hung up! Still trying to reach a supervisor and getting out on hold for minutes on end. DO NOT COME HERE

Been a customer for many years. Very happy with service. Agent Rebecca is very helpful. She makes me feel like family! Always looking out for my best interest.

Worse customer service in the world don’t bother coming here they will open up a policy and forget to close the other and send you to collections. Employees are clueless and never explained the policy’s correctly. What ever you do run to another Estella insurance this one is trash. Price is right but just remember every other Estrella insurance can give you the same prices. Don’t give yourself high blood pressure because of this horrible store.

Great Rates great customer service.the only ding i have is that you have to go the specific office that you started your policy, you cant just walk into any estrella insurance office.
