The only good thing about this company is that they offer cheaper insurance than most. Here's a little insight of what you'll be dealing with going to this company:
I have been calling ALL WEEK (at least 10-15 phone calls) trying to get an answer about a cancelation notice I received in the mail. NOT A SINGLE TIME did they pick up the phone. At this point, I don't even know if I'm still insured smfh.
HORRIBLE customer service!
You have been warned.

The staff need to be more transparent with the customer. I understand is important to meet the quote for the month but telling people that everything is all set knowing that I may probably have conflicts with the insurance because they usually request specific documents for proof of address is definitely unprofessional. Let’s do better and let people know what can happen in the future if they know the lease and a utility phone bill is not enough. I’m pretty sure this information is shared to the agents from the insurance companies. At least let me know what they ask because right now I have no evidence for proof of address and, I have to wait probably a month or so to complete the change, be able to send what they are asking. My agent was Ms. Perez.
