DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
Estrella is a great company so, definitely go with them but go to a different location. I was a customer with them for 6 years (back when they were located on I-95 and Miramar parkway) and NEVER paid late. About three years ago I set up auto pay and the funds were automatically taken out of my account. Unfortunately, I was a victim of fraud and had to cancel my card. I called and spoke to the woman and told her word - for - word “You already took this months out. Please, take off that card and I will contact you next month to update the card. ” She said ok and that she removed the my old card for my account. When my due date came I went in store to update my credit card and guess what? She never removed the old card so at midnight they tried to charge me and then charged me a fee for not having a valid card on file. Her exact words were, “sorry, I’m new, I don’t know how to do that. ” She should have asked for help then. She asked the man to come help her figure it out (I’m sure he’s the manager). He came over and they started flirting! Right in front of me! He was giving her a shoulder massage! I ignored it and then they said “ok the new card is in there”. They didn’t process the payment so I called the next day and now I was getting charged a LATE FEE as well! So unacceptable, so unprofessional. I closed my account as soon as it was expiring (after 6 years) and now I’m with another company - cheaper and better customer service.
I've never had a problem here, I like that I can go in person or do my transactions by phone or online easily and effective. 3rd year renewing with them. When I miss a payment or when it's about to renew, they call me/text and email me to let me know.
