Everything was extremely easy as far as getting a quote, I was actually just about to give up when I called Estrella and received both an amazing price and great customer service. I'm so happy with my rate that I have in fact told my whole family to switch over. I cannot say thank you enough, I won't be looking for insurance elsewhere anytime soon.

No matter what I call Tony about I always have a problem. He has his grandmother (who doesn't speak English) answering the phones now so something as simple as making a payment is impossible. I have to call back a dozen times over the course of a week to get an English speaker on the phone.
