I recently had to cancel my current provider Ngic due to being over charged and that really left a bad taste in my mouth however on 1st contact with Estrella everything was upfront no hidden fees and the rep Ms. Pierre was very welcoming as she discuss all my options by far this was my best car insurance experience and the fact that this interaction was COVID proof was a plus as everything was done electronically Thank you Estrella.
I never complaint and write reviews! But this are the most useless and rudest people I have ever come across! The man's English wasn't understandable and he just started to scream me for asking a few questions as to why my policy was cancelled. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Super incompetent.
