They are so confusing. They need to have more English speakers. My last name might be Hispanic but I don't speak fluent Spanish. On top of that, they aren't too responsive. I am currently trying to renew my policy because they raised it like $80 for no reason with no warning.
It is an excellent car insurance, with unmatched efficiency and quick customer response, it is a team worth treating with great kindness.
They don't want to cancel my insurance that the car wasn't mine, I only had my temporary license plate and they still want me to show them a transfer of ownership that the car is not in my name for three months! They steal money do not approach them!
Very rude company. I called to report a claim, struggled to do so because the person answering the phone barely spoke English, and then was told it's not their problem because I'm not their customer and I need to call the carrier. They refused to give me information, and hung up on me when I asked to speak to an agent. They just sell you a policy and take your money, if you need any service you're on your own. Go elsewhere with an agent who cares!
