ethos Greek Bistro, Coconut Creek FL

What a great restaurant! I came upon this great bistro and was surprised to see the manager Robert here. I have been going to restaurants where he works for years and am going to really put Ethos into my repertoire of places to eat because of the food and the staff

Enjoyed a delicious meal last night. The Greek Platter was delicious from the red roasted potatoes to fabulous glass of greek wine. The staff was extremely attentive and was able to guide in helping choose the wine to dessert. The manager Robert was abundantly available to assist in questions and was just a joy and pleasure, you can see his dedication to his customers to staff and it really showed. I’ve never seen such happy and upbeat wait staff. I will return to this location. It was such an enjoyable outside dining experience and I felt well looked after by your manager Robert and our waitress.

I do not ordinarily take the time and effort to edit a review, but the prompt and courteous response I received recently warrants it. I recently had an Uber Eats order that was missing utensils but the food was good, delivered promptly, and the manager apologized for the small mistake. Ethos Greek Bistro does have very good, fresh Greek food, and a very nice setting to sit down and enjoy a meal - especially for lunch. I really enjoy their outside seating, their pleasant customer service, and the overall atmosphere at the Promenade.

I had to update my review because they are the best, I left my dessert yesterday, today I went there to talk to the manager and she was so professional and gave me my dessert, loved the way she handled it, Great food and great service, Justin excellent waiter!

The chicken platter, hummus, spinach rice and falafels were excellent. But our server Tre stole the show with his excellent service!

Nothing to shout about. Went for lunch and the brunch menu was still up at 3pm. Very very limited menu, mainly variations of omelets and salads. Service was not great either. Got a gyro platter, not much gyro in it and despite the server saying it was made from scratch, it tasted processed. Potatoes, pita and rice were very oily. Very nice location though.

Had a wonderful time at Ethos tonight. It was my first time in, food was amazing, service even better! Thank you Julia! Best service ever! Will be back!

We had a delicious brunch with our fabulous waiter Trey! Food is amazing with large portions!

We just had wonderful service again at Ethos. We were served by a wonderful lady named Claudia who recommended great dishes, great drinks, and a great appetizer for my starving husband husband. Lol. The food was extremely flavourful and the ambiance is just as peaceful as it gets. We live close so we'll be back plenty more times and we will certainly ask for Claudia to assist us. But even if we lived many miles away, this place would be an in our top 3. The flavor of the food and the drinks are truly hard to beat. I had the lamb chops and shrimp combo. My husband had the ethos platter with philly cheesteak.

Loved the Gin and Julietta, exceptional service and beautiful atmosphere with music. Love ️

Tre and Joe were amazing! So helpful and made my experience that much better. I even signed up in the rewards so that I can come here more often.

Greek food restaurant, excellent and very tasty, their service is very good, priced, but definitely a place that you enjoy everything

Just finished a late lunch with my husband at Ethos. Sat outside on this beautiful day. We have been here many times and never are disappointed by the service and the excellent consistency and quality of the Greek food. I ordered the stuffed grape leaves and was amazed to learn they have a speciality chef rolling the leaves daily! Kristina was our server. She was very friendly and attentive. We love eating at Ethos!

It was the 1st time my husband and I ate at Ethos’s. It was a delicious experience, food was fresh and very good, especially the fresh feta cheese, spinach rice and bronzini (fish). Tre, our waiter/ server was very nice, professional and helpful with recommendations. We definitely will be returning soon and hope to have Tre as our server.
