Worst PI company I ever worked for. Spare yourself and hire someone local. Missclassified as subcontractor, not paid for commute, and a host of other shady practices.

Do not work at this company. They hire you as a full time employee but pay you as a contractor per decimal hour but expect you to be at your desk all day and be available whenever they want. They also do not even provide enough work. Ethos does not know how to hire and handle full time employees! They will take advantage of you to get you to do the work then not pay you! If you complain about the wrongdoings within the company, you are pushed aside and retaliated against. They owe me thousands of dollars! I was hired on 1/15 and got paid $25 for my first check. I was not given adequate training so case managers are constantly having to pick up the slack. My second check as of today was for an 80 hour work period - $759.21 and they tax this pay. Do yourself a huge favor and work at a legitimate company! These people are unethical!

Unprofessional. Unorganized. Amateur investigators that seem to do whatever they want and you'd be lucky if that coincides with what you paid them for. There are far better companies to contract with.
