I am very pleased to have serviced my Mercedes Benz E-350 with this professional team, an excellent front desk customer service and a job well done by a highly qualified team of mechanics. Beside to have a reasonable price for the services. Jhonatan’s workshop it’s super clean and organized, to my surprise the job was done before the promised time.
I hope to deal with them again in the future.

The customer service and overall care that I received for my car at European Auto Motors was EXCELLENT! They are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and they sincerely seem to care for me as a customer. I can honestly say that there’s no other place that I would trust with my BMW because I know that I’m in good hands here (even though I live in Broward County but I don’t mind the drive because it’s well worth it). In addition, Jonathan (the owner) cares and treats all of his customers like family and “Lu” (the Receptionist/Front Desk) is a sweetheart and simply the BEST!

I think European Auto Motors is the best place where you can fix your car because I have a mini cooper and I have had a million problems, I went to several places but nobody could repair it besides my pocket was suffering lol.

Somebody told me about this place and it has been the best that could have happened to me because the service was excellent! They were so cool and patient.
They took time to explained me all issues I was having and why, at the end I was so nicely surprise with the price I got for that high quality job!

I drove all the way from Key West to give this shop a try and was not disappointed. Jonathan personally took care of my vehicle. I brought in my s550 to get the multifunction camera in the windshield to be installed, programmed and calibrated. Much cheaper than going to the dealer, I will be bringing the establishment more business. Lu, the receptionist made the scheduling easy and was very friendly.

Very considerate and skilled specialist. My car was done in a timely manner. They were very detailed and explained to me certain things about the car that nobody took the time to explain to me before. So far no problem. Superb!

Pretty nice shop and the front desk girl was very attentive but I walked out not happy, at the beginning they said they charge $125 for diagnostic only if I do not proceed with the repair and nothing was going to be changed without my previous authorization but it wasn't like that, they did charge me the $125 diagnostic even after spending over $1,200 in services, and when I complained they said it was because they needed to check more things.

Very clean place, good customer service, service is oustanding, waiting room spacious, i would definetly go back.

The service was great, fast and friendly. The staff are very knowledgeable and the prices were fair. These are mechanics that I trust!

Unfortunately, very disappointing!
We had our Cayenne in the workshop for the exchange 'Transfer Case' and a service / oil change. The total cost was over $ 5,000. Two weeks later, during this time, the car was not driven, we found that the oil level is at the minimum! There was too little oil filled.
We went there again, it was filled with oil: this time too much oil was filled. The statement from the owner was: that does not matter.
It is known that too much oil can damage the engine!
There are additional costs incurred to drain oil again.
Unfortunately, we can not recommend this workshop for service / oil change.
A few days ago, we called the workshop to ask about the cost of replacing the fuel pump and scheduling the action. Jonathan the manager said 'he'll call right back because he has a client right now'.
I'm still waiting for his call.

Poor customer service. Contact them for questions about the business. Gabriel was rude and had a bad attitude. I won't take the chance of using their service.
