Amazing shop! Was very thorough with fixing my oil filter housing gasket (a known problem on the N52 engine) and a hose that had failed because of the leak. The mechanic was very knowledgeable on the engine and this being a common problem told that both needed to be replaced for the issue to truly resolve. I had the issue originally diagnosed by the dealership and they just quoted for the hose without also noticing the oil leak was the original cause so if I had gone through with the dealership it would have cost me 3x as much and the problem would have occurred again. The price was very fair and the mechanic did a couple of bits and bobs that he also noticed (including an exhaust leak I was unaware of and the dealership did not tell me about and a clamp for a hose that was missing). I have no issues with bringing my car here again because I know he will be thorough, he will be honest, and he will be fair.

I was looking for a shop that serviced German cars as an alternative to the dealer and I had seen such cars parked at EA, so I decided to give them a try.
They did an oil service as agreed, on time and without any surprises and I will use them again when I need service.

I’ve been taking both my Porsche Macan & BMW 330i here for many years now and they are fair, honest, and do good work with European cars at a much more reasonable cost than the big dealerships. David has been great to work with over the years, and I’ve also enjoyed recently getting to know Kwon as a more recent addition to the team as service advisor. They always get me in within a reasonable timeframe. I would definitely recommend European Autohaus if you are looking for an alternative to the dealerships that won’t break the bank.

Third time at this shop, always fix it on a timely manner. Always fixed my issues while offering a reasonable price compared to other nearby shops.

Excellent service! My car drives better after the service provided. Kwon was knowledgeable, friendly and kept me appraised of my cars status. After finding this shop, I'm convinced that I was ripped off by the local dealer who has been my go-to service provider!

Excellent service.
I brought my A4 to be checked, as someone had hit my car in the Publix parking lot and I needed a quote for repair. They checked my car the day I called and determined that it’s just a paint job and no new parts are required and referred me to mechanics that would do that. The prompt, professional and courteous treatment prompted me to bring my Q7 to them for oil change and service. They did what they quoted initially and promptly. Made some suggestions for extras without pushing it on me and I am very satisfied with the service I received and will be back. I have been using the dealership for car services in the past, but feel in better (and less overpriced) hands with the pros at European Autohaus.

I want to give a major shout out to Kwon and the mechanic Bronislaw who actually worked on my car. I took my BMW 328i to two different mobile mechanics and neither mechanic could figure out what was going on, I called European Autohaus and Kwon was basically able to diagnose the problems over the phone. I took the vehicle in and Bronislaw did a great job of fixing the car and finally getting me back on the road after months of not driving. You guys are amazing 5 STARS

Very disappointed. When I left the car for evaluation I informed that the Coil, Spark plugs, Vanos Sensor were brand new. During the diagnosis, it said that I need to change Spark plugs? Vanos? And for the Injectors there was no proposal for cleaning and adjustment. The budget is bigger than the price of the car. I will never recommend you to friends.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and nice. It was my first time using European Autohaus. I will definitely be returning to them for my future needs on my car. Highly recommend this shop for your European auto needs.

My personal experience was very good even the my situation with my vehicle could not be resolved there the professionalism that I received was amazing also received referral and will go back for any future repairs if need be.

I've always taken my 2015 Volvo XC60 T6 to the dealership since shipping in from Europe. Unfortunately, my experience with the Volvo Dealer in Tampa was a VERY unsatisfactory one. My friend told me where he takes his Porsche and suggested I take my Volvo. I was able to tell David exactly what was going on with my car and let him know that I wanted 90K service. He was able to tell me everything that I needed. I also needed new tires and trusted David to do that for me as well. It was a hefty order to get me back on the road, but I would go back over the Tampa Volvo Dealer any day. They took me home while working on my car and came back to get me when it was complete. Kind, courteous, no-BS service is what I am happy to hhav in the future. Chef's kiss!
