My technician was Karicia and I have never had a Brazilian wax where it was only a few patches of hot wax done and when she pulled it off, it pulled a lot of area of hair at once. It should be done in small areas at a time and to top it off no pressure with hand afterwards to alleviate the sting. I would never recommend seeing her.

Janelle was absolutely amazing, great conversation, quick, clean and proficient! Probably the best Brazilian Wax I’ve ever had! She also recommended phenomenal products! I’ll forever be a client! ️

I have decided to become a regular patron of EWC. My technician is fantastic, fast, & I swear the "waxing" itself is less painful here! Lol. But seriously it is. I highly recommend!

Today I went to my normal appointment for 3 services which all together should take only an hour. The wax specialist was young and I am not sure how experienced she was. She took over an hour and half to do my services. I am not sure I will be back to this center

I have been waxing for the better part of 10 years. I went to Victoria today and she was by-far one of the best waxing professionals I’ve ever come across. She was quick, friendly, and even helped to minimize pain. The front desk staff was very nice too! Highly recommend!

It was my first front Brazilian wax and I was not ready for the butterfly! I was very self conscious at first but my estiticean made it comfortable and completely normal.as those things go!

Jennifer is the BEST! She is so knowledgeable and really eases you through the entire Brazilian wax process. She is doing magic with my eyebrows as well - bringing them back to perfection! She makes sure she does the absolute best for you while keeping you comfortable and checking in on your comfort the whole time. She is fast and efficient. The reception staff is also lovely. Product knowledge is also great at this location. I have gotten some incredible stuff (exfoliator gel and serum). AND - It’s brand new, clean and fresh! Can’t beat it!

Jennifer is absolutely incredible! I have been a customer of the European Wax for years and first time in the Lutz/Wesley Chapel location. I have used many different franchise locations from NJ to all South Tampa locations and I never had such a good waxing specialist. She is the best I ever had with the franchise. Hands down! If you are sensitive to waxing or like me, pregnant, she is the perfect waxing specialist for you.
