I love the ladies at the counter and LOVE the way the waxing tech Jaime does her job! She takes the time to make sure she doesn’t hurt me and takes good care of my skin to make sure I don’t break out. Plus she makes me feel so comfortable in what would usually feel awkward.
All I know is Jamie needs to get a raise for all her hard work and knowledge!

I get to my appt 7 min passed the time after been rescheduled just hours before! Then I was told by front desk that my grace period was 9 min but because was full arm then I lost my appt
So what is the point of grace period?
No coming back!

I had my eyebrows waxed. Great job! Definitely recommend over nail salon waxing. Not that much more than waxing at the nail salon & they have packages.

Beware! Horrible service. They rescheduled my appt without my requesting so to a morning appt. When I arrived for my actual appt they did not service me nor apologize for their mistake. Spoke to the general manager and she even failed to assist. She even had the nerve to ask me to give her more money to get get more time on my wax pass. Why would I do that when you failed to provide me service. I had a wax pass and lost out on $350 due to this location. I refuse to return after the service I received.

Terrible customer service. I have gone here for over a year now and while the wax service is great, the customer service is extremely lacking. On multiple occasions after confirming by appointment 24 hours in advance, my appointment was cancelled day of due to lack of employees. Instead of the receptionist working with me to see if they can move the schedule around to fit me in I was given one choice of time to reschedule that conflicted with my work schedule. I understand stuff happens, but I had a vacation to go to and this is the 2nd time this had happened. The receptionist was unwilling to do anything to help and basically agreed that I was out of luck unless I wanted to take time off of work to go the next day in the morning. At the time, this was the closest location to me and it took 30 minutes to drive there one way. I told this to the receptionist and it didn't make a difference. After speaking to the manager and requesting to have the money that was spent on my unused wax pass reimbursed to me, they told me I can only get store credit. Considering I do not want to continue to go to European Wax Center due to lacking customer service, I would rather not spend money at this franchise. Ive also had so many issues calling this location. They never answer the phone and rarely return phone calls after leaving voicemails. This was happening even before I had made a complaint. I am writing this review because I have made multiple phone calls to speak with the manager and have not heard back. Don't go here if you want reliability and to feel like a valued customer. There are plenty of smaller wax businesses who are willing to work with your schedule, have similar pricing (if not cut better deals), and actually value you as a customer.

Very clean and friendly staff. Oceana did my Brazilian; she was so nice and attentive. Will be my new regular wax spot:)

DISAPPOINTED
I booked an eyebrow service and they were running behind so I wasn’t seen until 10 minutes after my scheduled appt start time (it happens). The brow technician who was assigned to me said they had been “doing brows for over 20 years”, and I discussed with them that I wanted a basic clean up and wanted to retain the shape of my brows since they are naturally full and thick. I have been working on growing out certain parts of my brows for months (if you’re into eyebrow shaping you’ll understand), and after this appt, all of that progress was completely destroyed and lost. I’m now back to ground zero because this technician removed over half my eyebrows on the tail ends, and it was completely uneven. One side of my brow on the inside was noticeably shorter than the other side, and both had a completely different shape. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, and I left there to go home and attempt to fix the mess of my eyebrows. I didn’t have the courage to tell the technician what I thought of her work and unfortunately I still had to pay for this service since I didn’t formally complain at the time. I really liked the atmosphere of this franchise and have had great success with other technicians (I used to have the wax pass at another location), but I unfortunately will not be returning here since it will take me months to regrow what was lost today. It’s disheartening when you give specific instructions and details on how you want your brows to look and the complete opposite was done. And of course once it’s waxed off you can’t undo the damage. The technician also missed several stray hairs that actually needed to be removed, so to go home and remove them myself when I specifically paid for that to be done is another negative about this experience.

I love this place and the people that work there. I only ever see know waxing person but she is amazing at making things as comfortable as she possibly can make things.

Great custumer service both of the girls were really nice. However I am not impress with my eyebrows. I could have gone to a nail salon and they were going to do the same thing. It was my first time.

Once again European Wax to the rescue. I have lived in 3 different states the last 3 years and European wax is amazing every single time

I made an appointment online no problem they called me the day before to confirm great! Now they jus called me 2 hours before my appointment which is at 11: 30 am to tell me they didn’t have anyone to wax me and the next appointment available was at 3: 45pm! That’s ridiculous I will never use place what a joke!

Very satisfied with entire process. Very professional lady answered phone, made appt.and checked me out. Kay was the technician who waxed my eyebrows and she did and excellent job. No pain, they look great! Will be back!

I have transfererd from the Winter Park wax since this is closer to home, mind you the staff may or not be experts in the field as it usually takes at least 5 years experience to do waxing without hesitation, but the times I have been they have been efficient and welcoming. If you call before 10: 30am you may be able to speak someone live (other than hetting answering machine during the day which is nono). Also, the staff does seem to be very chitchatty when in the treatment room, perhaps because of nerves, but I feel sometimes I am being interviewed about my life. I'm having hair ripped off my body and I've been stuck in traffic for an hour. I'd rather be in silence trying to relax. I don't like the waiting in car issue, the texts don't get through since theyre right by a 5G tower, so wait by the door and make sure and not be a minute late, in fact be 5 minutes early so they figure which room you;ll go, and lastly, their product line is AMAZING! So, if you sign up, it's worth the VIP feeling when you go in, if you don;t sign up at least look at their product line because as an Esthetician I can tell you it's top quality.
