I’ve been going to this particular wax center for the past two years and each and every time I visit, they’re always super friendly and efficient in their customer service skills. My stylist Alexandra has been the best part of my experience by far. She always keeps a positive and welcoming attitude and does a wonderful job with her waxing abilities. I recommend her to anyone who is coming to visit EWC for the very first time. You will not regret it! She’s an amazing conversationalist, kind hearted, and will help you feel very comfortable in your environment. Her excellent services have convinced me to become a loyal customer for as long as possible.

My waxed seemed like she was in a rush and there was a separate glass tip jar in the room made it feel unprofessional.

Topaz is amazing! Besides doing great eyebrows, she talks with you, asks about your day and what you’re doing on the weekend, latest movies, recommends restaurants, etc. Highly recommend!

Went for my first time ever to EWC. Kayla and the assistant manager at the front (I’m so sorry I forgot her name), were absolutely the sweetest and made the experience great! Very excited for my next appointment. I did my eyebrows and upper-lip and was pleased to see how they came out! I am trying to grow my eyebrows out and get it to the shape that I’m content with but the experience was great and Kayla was so sweet throughout the entire process.

I’ve had a few different wax specialists but Alexandra is by far the best. She’s super nice and welcoming. She’s also very approachable and easy to talk to, we chat through the whole session. Makes it easier to tolerate the pain haha. Book her on your next visit, she’s awesome.

I called at 5: 10 pm to schedule at this location for a 5: 15 pm appt and dealt with such a rude, unprofessional scheduling coordinator by the name of Rosa at the EWC call center.

When trying to schedule I asked if there was a 5: 15 pm available appt and she confirmed there was. Once I advised I was going to be a couple min behind due to small traffic but told her I’d be there before 9 min grace period (which I did end up making it in before) she refused to schedule me 5: 15 pm. When I requested to speak to her manager she said she’d leave a note for a manager to call me. I’ve been doing business with European wax center for 15 years and never been disregarded or ignored in the way she was ignoring my request. When I said please book me for 5: 15 pm she said ok I’m putting you for 5: 30. Customer service was horrible! Because of the call I was bothered before entry.

When I walked in I assumed the person at the front desk is who I was speaking with and questioned them if they were Rosa. She was extremely kind and apologetic for the experience. Thankfully, the front desk at location had great customer service and maneuvered the entire matter in such a professional way to make the experience better but wow, management should consider speaking to Rosa in call center about her performance and customer service skills because she can stir customers away.

The First Lady I was assigned did not speak English and bad communication. I was looking for options since the area to be treated was red and could not be done. I was very upset with her. Topaz helped me out and gave me options. I left happy and taken cared of.

My specialist is Elizabeth! She is amazing! I’ve been with her for 3 years now and I make the drive from Homestead to Kendall to see her! She’s kind and very attentive to my waxing needs! The staff is also very nice!
