The wax specialist Jennifer is always friendly, professional and fast with her waxes. And the front desk associate Jasmine is always very helpful and kind at the front desk.

Hunter at the Orange Ave location is the best! She's always so approachable and friendly. She doesn't make it awkward and is easy to talk to. She gets all the hair off and is gentle. She's very knowledgeable about the products and services. Love her and will always book with her.

I've had to endure multiple reschedules for my appointments due to "emergencys", which has been incredibly inconvenient. To make matters worse, when I arrived just 9 minutes late for my re-scheduled appointment, they refused to see me, citing their strict late policy. The customer service experience was terrible; all I received was an apology, and there was no effort to reschedule my next appointment. I've been a loyal customer at this location for nearly a year, but it feels like they no longer prioritize delivering quality service now that I'm locked into a package deal. I'm left thoroughly dissatisfied.
