They always take very careful attention to assure that my Mercedes is in tip top condition. Alex, the owner, is as Hands-On as any small business owner could possibly be and takes very good care of his customers.

We just moved to Florida from Texas 2 months ago and our AC quit blowing cold.

Since we are new to the State we don't know any Mechanics so we were at the mercy of going off a neighbors recommendation.

We drove the extra distance to Eurotech after speaking to John on the phone.

John gave me a worst-case scenario estimate until he had a chance to look at the car.

When he called me later that afternoon the price was more than his original estimate because he had made a mistake when entering our car model.

When I asked John about the difference, he admitted he had made a mistake and split the difference with me.

After picking the car up and driving less than 3 miles our car started over heating.

I called John back 2 minutes before they closed and he told me to bring the car back and he would wait for me.

When we opened the hood a old hose had broken.

I left the car with John to work on the next morning.

When I went to pick up the car the next day, John only charged me for the part.

Even though this shop is an hour away from us, we will be having all our future service done by John and his team!

I highly recommend if you have a European car to bring it here, the pricing is fair as far as mechanics go but you also can count on quantity care for your car with a honest and extremely friendly and caring team!

Alex and John always are very professional. If you want your vehicle repaired correctly the first time look no where else.

Very nice people. They work very fast to get your car back to you. And they do an excellent job.

After spending over 30k in the last 5 years with 3 Mercedes cars, Alex decided that it was OK to demean, ridicule, and yell at me in front of his employees and my friend, accusing me of going behind his back with his son, who is part owner, which I did not do. This is a week after I spent over $5,000.00 for suspension work! John, Alex's son, called me, very sincere, apologizing for his dad's behavior. Thank you John but your father should have been the one to call and apologize. I find it most disrespectful that a loyal customer was treated in this fashion. Then again customer service in this country no longer exists, I guess that I should not expect better. Thank you John for being a stand up guy and doing the right thing but please don't do what your father did when you inherit the business.
I found a new Mercedes shop for my future service.

Great group of technicians here. Always super helpful and very knowledgeable. I’ve been using Eurotech for a couple of years now and refuse to go anywhere else.

My tire blew out while traveling down County Line. I was able to drive in without an appt, they ordered a tire for a great price, put the tire on and in a few hours I was driving off again! I won't go anywhere else for service on my Mercedes.

John and Alex are very honest, reliable people. The shop is clean and their quality of work is outstanding. This is the only shop that I trust with my vehicles.

I looked at the bad reviews and I really have to laugh. There's only a few bad reviews in over 3 years because people can't get service immediately at a place that's closed on the weekends and usually booked solid. Alex and his crew won't rig busted parts on million dollar cars and they always book the appropriate amount of time to fix everything properly. You can't just "bring it in" for jobs that require hours of disassembly & diagnostics. In fact they are so busy, they are moving a few mile north to their new shop that's over twice the size of the original location. Considering the volume of cars they repair (and at an extremely high level of complexity) it's absolutely amazing there are only a handful of complaining impatient people over many years.
These guys are top notch.

This is a great shop for all euro car repairs. They're honest and do a great job, and pricing is significantly less than the dealership.

Spoke with Alex on the phone about getting a PPI done on a Porsche for sale nearby, very straightforward and knowledgable.

Great experience here. They saved me nearly 10k from what Jaguar of Tampa wanted to charge. Plan on going here for any mechanic work I need in the future.
