Facility is very clean. Alot of friendly physicians and workers. I've never had a problem anytime I visit. My only suggestion for the site is to have a clear entrance for Walk-ins. I've arrived to the front entrance earlier than other patients and have had to wait to be one of the last checked in because the door to the parking lot is unlocked/opened first. Even if the people on that side arrived after me, they were taken in before me because they were able to approach the receptionist desk first.

Not sure why this office had so many negative reviews. I visited recently and met with Joy, the Nurse Practitioner. All of the staff were kind and understanding, and the office was very clean and well-maintained. I only had to wait about 10-15 mins and was taken back at my appointment time. The visit was extremely affordable, and I’m deeply grateful for that. The first visit gets billed, too, so payment is not due up front. Another blessing. Thanks so much, Evara Health!

A great place o came In with tooth pain and they took me to the asap and pulled out all 3 of my back teeths I'm very greatful thank u so much

My kids all see the same doctor. He has always been amazing for my boys, who have autism, but he doesn't seem to be listening to me on concerns about my daughter.
I called today, I was in an accident Sunday, I had a question on rather something is normal, or a cause for concern. The first person to answer said someone would call back. They called, I got attitude and told it's an emergency line so if I had concern I needed to go in somewhere. I was very specific with why I was calling, I get they cannot diagnosis or promise something they cannot see, but when the first person says someone will call back to schedule me then I get attitude thinking they would

Another time the physicatrust, in Pinellas park almost swung at my autistic son, forget changing a nane get real doctors and professionals or just throw in the flag and be done

I was scared because I read the reviews first? I had an appointment so I didn't wait long at all. I met with Solange Kwam, APRN. She was very nice and helpful. Staff was very nice as well. I also met with Kimberly Cooper she was great!

Literally get here early just to wait about an hour to be seen, others come after me and still get called before me

I called to make sure a picture of my ID would be okay, and they told me yes. When I got there after walking from the other side of town, they turned me away because I didn't have a physical copy of my ID. I literally had just called to make sure it was okay. Just a complete waste of time.

I have been trying to get a refill on my blood pressure medication for 11 days. I called every day for a week and talked to someone which did no good. The pharmacy gave me a emergency 3 day supply but they couldn't do anymore. On Saturday after trying a week the person on the phone told me my dr was no longer there and I would probably have to make a appointment. No mention of this all those other times I called. Now I am completely out of meds but they said it would be resolved Monday. It is now Tuesday and still haven't heard anything. Luckily I had the sense to do a virtual appointment with a online Dr who called in my refill and gave me 2 more. So now I have a chance to look for a new Dr because this place doesn't care about your well being.

The worst! Staff is unprofessional and rude af. How are you the first ones people see and you are rude to people? I saw a young lady waiting for help and the ladies at desk were rude not even giving any recognition to her. She needed help checking in and they just looked at her saying nothing. You can't take the ghetto out the people sometimes. Smh.

This place is so horrible I call to get appointment and was out on hold for almost 20 mins still not appointment. Called again and was placed on hold again they need to better end at the ER for my issue.

Every facet of this healthcare center is slow, slow slow. Patient volume is prioritized over patient care and bedside manner. Zero sense of urgency except when seen by a Physician for 7 whole mins before she runs out. Try calling them. There will be a guaranteed 1-2 hour wait and there is no good reason for it. Evara should have done their research instead of only seeing the volume of patients.

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE or you are waiting for over an hour if not more

I started calling to get an appointment with my doctor about 4 weeks ago and have not been able to get a single person on the phone. I called every single day for a week. You either get put on hold for about 45 minutes before it automatically hangs up or it goes straight to a busy signal. There is no way to even leave a voicemail. This is the absolutely worst healthcare business I have ever come across. I even went in person to see why they aren't answering their phone and their doors were locked with no one inside. It's a large facility so I ran over to the OB/GYN center and those doors were also locked with one person inside ignoring my knocking. This visit was during normal business hours. There was no sign posted or anything about what's happening or why they are not answering. This is completely unacceptable and I can't imagine how many patients are now being denied care because of this. Walgreens is also not able to get through for my prescription refills.

They should train better the people answering the phone and taking appointments. And please people invest in a better appointment system. What a shame waiting an hour for someone to pick up the phones. Had my appointment canceled twice.

Don’t take your kids here for dentist they calling dcf on you because your child teeth but will do nothing about it but send you some where else i recommend i will never go back!

Absolute waste of time - felt like provider did not assess me thoroughly nor provided any insight/reassurance. Pawned me off to other providers. One of the poorest encounters I've had in a while at a doctor's office, which is disheartening. Please work on your bedside manner - don't lose your humanity.
