Came BACK here due to the negligence of doctor edgart.
She failed to have an authorization number put on a referral for my wife's broken hand we came to resolve the problem.
And were basically told that its not their problem.
Waiting room was completely empty.
Staff were discussing personal matters
Staff are rude and apparently only look forward to eating lunch and keeping their chair warm.
Terrible place for you. For your kids and. Your family.
Highly recommend that if you need to make an appointment find another office.
The people who are claimed to be medical professionals here, care only souly about themselves. Getting a check. And going home.
They care more about what their going to eat for lunch than a patient with a broken hand.

Walked into the clinic to find 3 employees just chatting and in their phones and not paying attention to their surroundings. There was blood on the floor, the bathroom door as well as on the countertop.

Then as I'm waiting they are taking horribly about a patient that was there earlier. Very inappropriate conversations and unprofessional.

Honestly, they need to be retrained! It took me to tell them about the blood everywhere, even though they were aware that a patient walked in bloody.

Do better in training your front desk staff and etiquette is definitely needed.

My first appointment today went very well the service was great starting with their lovely front desk staff Jordan, Rachelle, Macy. All their teamwork to expedite my check in and out. To both PRN an Dr Jennifer Kay. Highly recommend the practice

They aren’t bad most part but If they Have a dentist they act like it’s a miracle when they have one in office nice people but the wait times are bad

I came as a new patient today. I had a most excellent experience. I waited less than 5 minutes to be called back, and the assistant began right away. Very shortly after, the student doctor saw me, and then Dr. Eggert came back in with her. All three ladies were extremely personable and made me feel very comfortable. I was in and out within 45 minutes of my appointment time and felt that everything was addressed well. Prior to my appointment, the bad reviews I saw after scheduling had me wondering if I had made a mistake; but now I'm so glad I went ahead with the appointment! I will continue as an established patient. Thank you!

Been without blood pressure meds for two plus weeks. They refuse to refill meds even though I have appointment in 2 weeks. So if I stroke out they are fully liable. Just want this documented.

Avoid this place unless it's a last resort. Since they became evara health they don't pick up their phone and they're very careless with their patients. I used to be able to get an appointment for an OBGYN and get referrals for my neurologist and such. Now I can't reach them. Have literally been sitting on hold for 20+ minutes.

Went today with my 8 year old. Starters they couldn’t find my appt even tho I had the confirmation and email. Second I was informed parents can’t go in the room with anyone over age 2… yes 2. They did let me go this time since it was the first visit. When i said wow that seems unsafe the dental hygienist Regina says NO it’s not unsafe we’re all licensed here. Not sure why that matters but ok. She then takes 7 X-rays of my 8 year olds mouth. The computer messes up 3x in a row so 3 more are taken. After getting within an inch from my child’s face and saying stop flinching nothing is hurting you so stop she finally gets the last image. This women was the rudest person ever! She made this visit miserable. The dentist comes in and is equally as rude. They literally did nothing but X-rays. No cleaning no check up nothing. Waste of time and money. On top of everything else my 8 year old is now terrified of going to a new dentist. They are suppose to make it somewhat ok and fun for kids not terrorize them for an hour and tell them they’re doing it wrong and it’s their fault. They actually showed my 8 year old the X-ray and said what do you see here when she said nothing the hygienist said that’s right cause you didn’t close your
Mouth properly. I was about a second away from telling them we are leaving. Never never never again will we be back and I hope other parents read this and save your children from this behavior towards them. I will post everywhere I can to warn others of this practice.

The place is great if you want to spend the day here and have nothing else to do. Always running late. Leaving you in the waiting area for an hour after the scheduled appointment. Then another 30 to 40 minutes after you get in the room. Then you still have to wait for God knows how long for treatment. Ridiculous

No communication from office staff.wait times are always so long, 45 mins, 1 hr +. You'll be the 1st to charge a late fee but who is to hold you responseible for your tardiness? The patients time is valuable also.the patient is what keeps you in business, think about catering more to the patient and bed side manner rather then them as numbers in a chart. Should be spending less time on remodeling and more time on patient relations! Also your vitals room is counter productive, vitals should be taken in the same room the pt is roomed in. Talk about increasing transmission of disease by 1st putting all the same pts in a vitals room and then moving them to yet another room.

Today I had an appointment with my son at Evara Tarpon Spring, very bad service from the girl who was in front, her name is Briana. I arrived first when I did my check-up, they did it on the tablet but they never called me and everyone came by and then I returned it.do 2 more cycles and I asked the girl that if she had finished her answer was ok and she never paid attention and then I had to ask the pediatrician Molina's assistant again what was happening and then she went to the pediatrician to communicate with the pediatrician She came out and I asked her oh and she told her that I had not finished and that I had tried 3 times and then she said it was finished after 2 hours of waiting and everything happened before too bad that she was there to help me at no time The pediatrician has helped one of the best and her assistant is very kind, I have no complaints

I've waited 3 and half months for my appointment this morning, cleared my son's school schedule, and I come and they said they can't do my exam, why not send an email that I've had for 10 years. This is the worst company I've ever been too.
