I had a significant drainage issue in the backyard. Also, after 20 years and a hurricane the whole yard was in a sorry state. Sean was able to address my drainage problem. And he also landscaped the whole yard and redid the irrigation and put in lighting. And all easily approved through my HOA. The place looks beautiful; pictures don’t do it justice. It was a pleasure dealing with him and his company.

Landscaping is beautiful. I scheduled a date for installation and everything was done on-time and efficiently. We are very happy with the results. We finally have a beautiful, curb-appealing front yard!

Sean’s initial site visit set expectations and was thorough and honest as to what needed to be done to do the job the right way. His crew sawed through our nature stone pavers and concrete to upgrade a trench drain which had been damaged from hurricane Ian. Not many companies in our area would have been able to do such a quality job. I know drains are not an exciting feature, but they’re so important to the home. Amazing job by the Evergreen crew! Sean and his crew did an amazing job transforming our entire yard. He designed and built a retaining wall and patio by the canal as well as installing all new paver driveway! Sean redid the landscaping throughout the yard including a new sprinkler system and all new sod. It looks incredible and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks Sean.

We had a sprinkler system installed and sod replaced by Evergreen several years ago. The transformation was amazing! We went from having one of the worst lawns in our neighborhood to one that, when we are trying to describe to people we encounter on our walks where we live, they brighten up and say "oh, the one with the beautiful lawn"! People have even commented that they watched them during installation and they were so impressed with the quality and care they took in the work. Sean and Melissa have been a pleasure to work with: professional, knowledgeable, and (especially) patient! I tended to ask a million questions, both when I was trying to decide on a contractor as well as during and after the process. Both have gone the extra mile to make me comfortable with my initial decision and, just as important, in working with me since to keep things operating smoothly. If you are reading this, I assume you are trying to make a decision yourself. Let me assure you that I have never regretted choosing them for my lawn. I'm extremely happy and impressed with Evergreen Outdoor Services. They recently completed grading my yard, installing a sprinkler system, and laying sod for me. This is a first class operation! My first contact with Evergreen was speaking on the phone to Melissa when I was trying to decide on a company to do the job I needed. She was very knowledgeable and informative as she answered all of my questions. Once the job was underway, I became even more sure that I had chosen the right company.
The crew who worked on my yard consisted of Sean, Ryan, Pedro, Miguel, and Mike. They all worked very hard and efficiently! They were also very good about answering my questions and explaining why they were doing things in certain ways. If I saw something I wanted to do a little differently, they were very quick to make things the way I wanted them. The yard looks wonderful! I did have a couple of questions about the sprinkler system since I've never had one and was having trouble with a couple of things. Sean explained how it works without making me feel like a fool for having trouble with something so simple. I really appreciate everyone from Evergreen that I had contact with for their professionalism, competence, and how nice they all are. They are very polite and just plain "good people! " I definitely recommend this company for anyone needing the services they provide!

Very happy with this company. We needed significant work on our property in order to keep the back yard and porch from flooding from every summer rain. Regrading, drainage, sprinklers, landscaping including hardscape, plantings, and sod. Sean and his team did an excellent job from initial consultation and design all the way through execution and final delivery. The design process was smooth, and we went through several rounds of feedback. When it came time to execute, we were impressed with the effort and attention to detail Sean and his crew put in. Everybody from the boss man down worked hard and long. All feedback and changes we had were quickly accommodated, and Sean made sure that we were happy as well as informed.

Some reviews have mentioned that Evergreen isn’t the cheapest company. That is true – they are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. After working with them I do however firmly believe that you get what you pay for – excellent design, communication, and execution. The amount of effort put into this project by Sean and his team was impressive, and well worth the price. You can’t go wrong with Evergreen Outdoor Services.

Professional company that takes pride in their work. Sean and his team installed new sod, palms, mulch, and an irrigation system at our home. They provide top quality materials/plants and always clean up when the project is complete. We are very pleased with everything and look forward to having more landscaping done soon.
