I have enjoyed my stay here, everything is great about this place from the people, to the food, nursing services.everyone was kind and helpful

My father-in-law Rocelio Chiririno was transferred to this rehabilitation center after having suffered a fracture of the lumbar vertebrae, after his surgery at the Tampa General Hospital. On the second day in this rehabilitation center my father-in-law was already walking with a walker. He has been in this center for two weeks and all the progress he has had is incredible. We are extremely happy with the result, from the receptionists, the nurses, the rehabilitators, everyone has done an excellent job. They also speak Spanish so the Latino population has options to receive rehabilitation in this center, thank you very much to everyone.

My Mother and Aunt both reside at Evergreen Woods. They are very busy all the time with activities director Lorrie, good meals, awesome staff and amazing rehabilitation dept. I've seen many people benefit from their work, especially my Aunt who arrived in May unable to move most of her body. Today she is actually taking steps to walk on their equipment.
As soon as you walk in to the facility, you're greeted by the most amazing receptionist Jamie or her back up persons. Thank you all for making their lives so much better and for my peace of mind.

The receptionist, knowing that I don't speak English, made fun of me by making me walk around the outside of the premises looking for my father's room. And when I returned he continued his mockery with those who were in the lobby.

My grandmother stayed here recently and I couldn't be more impressed how their therapy team helped her! You could really tell they cared and made her feel comfortable! I would highly recommend! She's home and doing great! Thank you evergreen for making her stay with you a home away from home

When my grandmother needed to go to a rehabilitation center I was devastated, but that fear was quickly put at ease. The staff of Evergreen Woods took amazing care of her. As a matter of fact, she loved the place so much that she did not want to leave. My family and I are very grateful for each and every one of the fabulous individuals who looked after our grandmother.
** Update ** My grandmother went back to Evergreen two more times (Please know the care she received was amazing. She went back to a place where she sustained further injuries. My family and I are thankful for Evergreen.). The love and care the staff and residents showed her will always be a blessing to myself and my family.

So far my friend has been afforded excellent care at the facility. The staff is very friendly and responsive to his needs. I especially want to commend Gabriella for her genuine concern for him and his family.

My Mother is currently staying at Evergreen and has been in a few of them in the Hudson and Spring Hill area. Evergreen has handled all communication and concerns with the utmost urgency and to our satisfaction. One of the nurses (Kayla) made my mother feel special on her birthday by getting her a strawberry cupcake (mom’s favorite) and a balloon to make her day a little more special. Thank you Kayla and others for providing quality care.

Amazing Amazing therapy team! My father had a stroke and recently discharged home. Something I was afraid couldn’t happen! Trish the unit manager was always there to answer my questions. The nurses and cnas were awesome in such a stressful business. I can be overbearing and needy and they went over and beyond for my father and kept me at ease that he was in good hands. 5 stars all the way

Worst place ever, do not take your love ones here. It’s stinks like pee since you go inside. No higiene at all. Disgusting

My mother was in a medically induced coma for almost a month. The hospital did not do any type type of range of motion. When we were finally able to get them to wake her up she was so weak she could not move her left side. She was only able to barely move her right side a few inches. She ended up with a trach in her throat and a feeding tube. She was at Evergreen wood right around a month. They have helped her in every way to get better and strong to be able come back home. The hospital told her she would never be able to live at home again. The staff are caring and so helpful. The management staff are great. They care as much as the floor staff and are very knowledgeable. The therapy department amazing! They helped my mom to the extent she was able to do more for herself and walk further than she ever thought possibly again. I cannot thank everyone at Evergreen woods enough for all you help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you did for my mom and all you do for all your patients on a daily basis.

Such an amazing facility they made my family feel welcome and safe. The genuine smiles and relaxing atmosphere make for a great home for my family member, so glad we chose this facility! 10/10 stars and I highly recommend considering for your own family members

My grandmother was put here when she broke her hip to heal. Coming by and visiting, the staff have been excellent and treat patients with the care they need. Would recommend.

My grandmother was a resident for over 8 years and absolutely loved it. She was so bored and lonely at home before moving into Evergreen long term care. She lived out her last years there with many new friends and the comfort to know someone was always there to help her with her needs. The staff was very caring from Nursing, dietary, housekeeping, business office and therapy. I would highly recommend them.

My brother lived at Evergreen woods Nursing facility in Spring Hill Florida for over a year, and we were very happy with his stay. The administration staff was very easy to work with and very helpful through the setup and process.
The Nursing staff seemed to be very professional and capable yet friendly and kind to us. I always felt as if there was any need for help someone was always avalible.
The facility seemed very clean and tidy, I been in other places and this center is like a breath of fresh air.
The food seems to be fine for a nursing facility, some meals are great others ok and some well not so ok, but a proper diet is alway provided.
My brother was given re-hab for recovery, they worked with him with the goal of improvement, they were very patient with him.

Sadly my brother has passed away reciently and I know the staff did all they can do for him. If I had to do it all again, I would have no problem going back to Evergreen woods. Sincerely, the Spadaccia's

My father is in Evergreen for Alzheimer’s. The staff is wonderful. I especially have to praise and compliment Gabby for her outstanding work with the patients. Her devotion to the patients is amazing. She goes so far ABOVE AND BEYOND for my father. She is on top of everything. She, single handily makes me feel more at ease that he is there. She puts her heart into the patients, especially my father. She is attentive. I cannot express my appreciation to Gabby. All I can say is …THANK YOU!

When my father first got transferred from Oak Hill due to his advanced Alzheimers, where he got bed soars and was crying in pain. We had him transferred to Evergreen Woods. Within a week or less they got him a bed specifically for bed sores. He has also been fall out of the wheelchair, so they also ordered a top of the line chair for his protection. Thank you so much for treating my dad with so much respect. I love that man and i appreciate everything

My mother broke her hip. She had bed sores and lost 20 lb in three weeks. No communication -, never could get through. Took the attorney General to get her out and she was in such bad shape by then she died saddest day of my life.
