Yesterday I had the most incredible shopping experience at the most unlikely store. Normally I dread shopping for swimsuits but Sharon, who was the only person on staff yesterday, although busy with other customers, was incredibly attentive. She spent so much time helping me find the right sizes and styles and continued to check in on me while there, even during a high influx of customers in the afternoon.

Additionally, she was pleasant and very kind. Although I could see she was in a frenzy running around tending to each customer, she did it with such a pleasant demeanor and attitude.

Sharon absolutely deserves each of the five stars because that’s the type of customer service she provided me. Additionally, I walked out with two new gorgeous suits, a few cover ups and two beautifully, well crafted beach bags. Love EBW…always quality goods!

Very helpful staff, really nice quality swimwear/resort wear. The prices are higher than at the big box stores, but I've found that the swimsuits are of such higher quality that they last much longer and I end up spending less in the long run. They fit nicer, too. I do use their line of laundering products, which also contributes to keeping the swimwear looking new.

Love the store! I can’t say the same about their employees. It’s almost always the same two women working. Their demeanor is very snarky and not welcoming. I went in to do an online return and she immediately snapped at me and asked if something was wrong…she hadn’t even looked at the merchandise. She could have started with a hello, how are you? I’m sorry the merchandise didn’t work out…can I help you find something new, but no! Straight to an attitude. It’s unfortunate because I really like the store. This staff needs a change!

I went today to the Mall of Millenia Valentina was one of the most amazing Managers. She was the most patient and an expert in her trade. I was very happy with the swim suits and all of her recommendations. You’re the best, the Swearengin Family

Vanessa was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable while picking out the right bathing suit. She was very knowledgeable about different brands of bikinis and how their sizing runs. Great customer service! Great quality bathing suits!

I went to buy a swimming suit for my wife and the treatment by the personal that I received was awful, i had to go to Disney spring store. Please do something with these people.

We were on vacay in Orlando and I walked into Everything But Water to quickly pick out some swimsuits for my petite daughter who was having difficulty finding new swimsuits at the department stores. Finding one that she liked that also fit well seemed impossible and she was very discouraged. While she was finishing up a purchase elsewhere, I planned to select some swimsuits for her since the mall would be closing in 30 minutes and we were flying out the next morning at 7: 30 am. The pressure was on! Marisole greeted me as I entered EBW and offered her assistance. This store really does have Everything but the Water, Including excellent service by knowledgeable shopgirls. There are so many style options in so many different, lovely fabrics. We had several bikini tops picked out for my daughter to try on when she arrived and Marisol offered several more while my daughter was in the fitting room. Finding swim bottoms that fit are especially difficult for my daughter who is petite with small hips. Marisol selected a beautiful swimsuit with a top and bottoms that fit perfectly! My daughter reared up in the dressing room. She couldn’t believe how beautiful it was and that it actually fit her. Marisol also found a second top and gave us complementary color suggestions for swim shorts. She did all of this in 20 minutes before the store’s closing. After spending hours swimsuit shopping at home in Virginia, as well as in Orlando, Marisol provided several great options in a matter of minutes! You really do get what you pay for in a specialty shop. A staff that knows their products and the way each style fits makes all the difference in the world. Remember that when you think the prices here are higher than in the big department stores. You are getting a beautiful, well made, quality swimsuit that will last a long time- if cared for properly AND you are getting top notch, quality service. The store manager was very patient with us shopping at closing time and Marisol was never rushed and did not rush us. She worked quickly and efficiently because she knew her products so well. The swimsuits fit beautifully and are made of the highest quality of fabrics. Thank you to EBW and Marisol. My daughter feels beautiful and confident in her swimsuits.
