Highly recommended! My experience in this clinic was indescribable, from the cleaning staff to the doctors they are formidable, I was looking for this surgery for 6 years, and I did not choose wrong, if you are looking for professional doctors, super trained to give your body the shape you need, then the place correct. My doctor was doctor Ina, this woman is from another planet, she is above all super humble! Talks to you and gives you security, it's like it hypnotizes without exaggerating hehehee. Not to mention that I went into surgery with a lot of fat and it left me like I never imagined (super molded). I just emphasize that the coordinators take into account after they sell you the operation but they never even ask you how you felt, and they should be more attentive when the patient needs the doctor since it is a difficult process! In my case, I called because I needed to talk to the doctor since I had a color change in my right leg and I'm still waiting for the call. This comment is not intended as criticism, or perhaps I could say as constructive criticism because it has many Good things or almost everything is good regarding the doctors who work in that clinic and the other staff who all make up a Super great team but on the part of the coordinators and the people who make the appointment I would say that they are not doing their job very well. I work because I need medical attention after a major surgery and I was never treated so they should improve on that so that it does not affect the sacrifice of the people who have built this great business with effort.

I had a cosmetic procedure in Evolution MD, my impression is that this center has an excellent customer service from the moment you call or enter the clinic. Its staff (including housekeeping), the nurses, and the doctors are true professionals; it is a super clean place with surgical material disposed after each patient session, everything is very well organized, so I highly recommend it, and when I have to undergo to another treatment, I will do it in Evolution MD.

After seeing so many negative comments I'm not sure if I would have my surgery in that clinic

Evolution MD runs a disgusting tiktok account where Dr. Kim Le filmed herself reacting to a woman's body where she describes the look of her bum as a, "disfigured blobfish just trying to exit her butt". Its clear that the woman in the video was being filmed without her knowledge and did not consent to being judged and insulted for millions of strangers to see. Moreover, the account made no effort to delete the rancid comments further insulting the unsuspecting woman. This behaviour is absolutely revolting, even more so considering the services Evolution MD offers.

3 months ago I had a lift- reduction and removed the implants with Dr. Zayas, I am very happy with the result. I recommend him 100%, he is an excellent surgeon, do not hesitate to have surgery with him, I know many surgeons and I decided to have it done with him and it was the Best decision of my life, the P. A nurses, Cathy and the entire team are spectacular.

Please do not believe the word of this Clinic, if you are going to make the payment, demand the receipts, the down payment never refunds it unless you decide to have the procedure done, when I pay 250 dollars in the month of May to set aside the special for my procedure the Veronica coordinator told me that if I decided not to do it they would refund my money, I have called Veronica and the Clinic itself a thousand times and they have not given me an answer, if this is the case before operating you I do not want to see things later, if I changed my mind and once again I had the idea of ​​doing the procedure, I would never do it with them because they have neither professionalism nor less words, the only thing that matters is making money at the cost of whatever.

This is about the Nurse practitioner Victoria Diartt, I never felt any type of way with anyone in Evolution everyone is nice and prof. Victoria Diartt is extremely rude does not even look you in your eye as she speaks looks bothered at any question does not show she cares not one bit.it's just a cold job I'm sure she does not care.she yelled at me once for making a mistake on my recovery, other then that i really like my Dr and the other staff. I did an acne treatment in the spa and it was amazing. My face felt refreshed and I saw the acne was almost gone within a week. I would 100% recommend

Two months ago I had a lipo with doctor Velilla and it was spectacular and the breasts with doctor zayas I was very happy, I recommend it the best

Best option by far, I recommend it 100%, very professional, excellent treatment, I was very satisfied with my surgery, thank you Dr. Lipo and Dr Zayas, rather, very cool parce.

Had an appointment at 12: 30 stayed until 2pm was never seen. The Spanish receptionist had a nasty attitude when the black women were asking about when they were going to be seen, I noticed. There was one lady that said she had been there for four hours so disrespectful in regards to the clients time. Upon making the appointment I wasn’t notified that I was going to have to plan out my whole day for this appointment, because I would have not been surprised had I been notified of the drastic time wait. So unprofessional at this point I’m very disappointed.

Dr lipo is a Great human being, a truly amazing Artist and professional. I had amazing results and a nice care experience by the whole team. Thank you Dr Cesar V

Over all they are great! Just wanted to make everyone aware that if you ever had to deal with lady by the name Omayda ask to speak with someone else.

She sold me the first treatment everything was ok then I went to the office to get one of my shots and decided to go see her she was with a client told me to go grabbed coffe and come back. 2 hrs later I texted her that I had to leave.
I sent her pictures of what I needed to get done. She didn't replied at all so when I asked to speak with someone else she called I told her I didn't want to speak with her because she never replied back to my messages.
She went off and called me a liar and yelling that we had met in person to stop lying liar. I told her to stop the disrespect and we had never met in person so she hang up the phone.hours later she called and her so called apology was " sorry that you felt that way" I told her that was not an apology that what she said and did is not a way of treating any human being her tone changed and said she had confused me with another client really? We all have bad days but no one deserves to be treated this way especially that I am respectful and paying for a service. So if you ever call and hear the name Omayda ask to speak with someone else don't let the sweet voice fool you.

This place scheduled my appointment fora consultation for 12: 30 I waited damn near 2 hr. And I’m still waiting to see dr. Ina. The staff look like the could care less.

This is the worst place that I chose to have my nose operated, my sister and I decided to have a nose operation and supposedly they had recommended this place to me, the first time they left my nose drooping and bigger than it was and with a chipped bone on the left side of the nose, then I went to talk to Dr. Cesar Velilla to tell me what could be done in that case, he told me that I had to have a secondary rynoplasty, and I once again trusted him, and I became to operate with him because he told me that he was going to completely fix my nose and it left me worse, my nose was crooked and with two little balls like meat in each nostril, I couldn't breathe well and my nose bleeds every day, the nostrils I left my nose super small that obstructed my air intake, now I had to undergo surgery again with another reconstructive doctor to reconstruct my nose because of the medical negligence that DR did to me at Evolution MD. Cesar velilla because my nose left me very bad,
Find out well before operating with this doctor, I do not recommend them and the customer service is terrible, I hope what happened to me and my sister does not happen to many people.

Three months ago I had a 360 bbl lipo (with Dr. LIPO)
The truth is that the bbl is not what I expected, it left a tremendous hole in one of my buttocks, which rather looks like they cut a piece of my buttock and I realized that problem the day after surgery and I told the doctor that she gives the postoperative follow-up and she told me that your fat transfer to the buttocks is recent and the results begin to be noticed within 3 to 6 months, well, it's been 3 months now and the hole in my buttock is more noticeable. So I don't know until when that hole (empty) will be filled with fat.
The truth is that Dr. Lipo was not very kind the day of my surgery.

The masseuses are excellent (except one who, according to her, is the oldest to work there) Juliette and Nidia are great, I recommend them, unfortunately I don't remember the names of the others.

I just had an abdominoplasty and liposuction with Dr Zayas. All I can say is that he is a wonderful doctor, the entire staff is amazing, from the girl who did my labs to the guy who dropped me off in my car. Definitely a clinic that I will recommend and of course I will be back for more procedures.

I am so very frustrated with this place. I made an appointment for my BBL in August 2022 and paid my deposit. In Nov 2022 I became pregnant unexpectedly and unbale to get my surgery on Mar 1 2023 so I requested a refund. I still have not received it and I am playing an almost 5 month long game of phone tag. This is so unprofessional. I am very disappointed in the level of service I am receiving. Still waiting on a call back from Lorraine!
