The nursing department is top notch. They genuinely care about the residents that are in their charge. I can personally attest to the fact that we celebrate the victories no matter how big or small, and we take it personally when there is a setback. From the moment you walk in the front door we do are due diligent to make everyone feel at home and well cared for.

Warm, welcoming facility. Staff seems like family. It has an excellent rehab department and good wound care program. Administration is very responsive.

I have been working for Excel Care Center for many years now. I can honestly say it’s been amazing. Great team of caring individuals whom truly care about our residents. They are more than patients to us they are truly family.

I would like to say I was incredibly impressed with what I walked into. I was looking for a place for my loved one and was told about Excel Care Center. From the moment I walked into the door, I was treated with the utmost respect, everyone that I saw as I was walking around greeted me with a smile, and a hello. I felt very comfortable having my loved one in Excel. It was one of the best decisions that I made. From the physical therapy dept, to wound care, to the nursing staff, you are all extraordinary in my book. I will and have recommended Excel Care Center to everyone that I meet.

Barbara the receptionist came out screaming at the top of her lungs at 6: 46pm “we’re closed!
We told her that we came to tour the facility, she advised that they only did schedule tours from 7-7 (no wonder). We will advise the case manager NOT to transfer them here …. And I will advise EVERYONE else I encounter to do the same.
You can thank your condescending staff who sarcastically told us to “be well”. Please check your cameras if you have them.

If you treat prospects this way I’m concerned for the well being of the patients.

We are very pleased with all the staff and care our 47 yr old disable son is getting. They have been very helpful and supportive. This is the1st time we've placed him anywhere and it has been a blessing for us. He is getting great care. And I never have trouble getting info on him.
So glad he is there. Thank you all for making this a wonderful decision for us. All the staff is friendly and caring.
