So far my trip and experience to Y'all office in Winter Haven, Florida
was very nice and friendly staff.

I have had nothing but a great experience with Dr. Jassal and his team. They are so helpful and have worked with me seamlessly to help come up with all the solutions I need to decrease my pain.

Excel has helped me with my pain by providing many innovative procedures. I am treated in a timely professional manner. I am very grateful for their service.

I deal with chronic pain, barely walk, stand, sit, bend correctly. I cannot express the relief Im given.
Dr Navdeep Jassal, does an amazing job at targeting and relieving chronic pain, he talks to you to during a procedure, therefore no surprises. Trully painless. Very well organized. He is and will be my pain management Dr for now and future.

If I could leave just a half a star I would. I had a appointment today at 10: 00 am and my prescription never got called into the pharmacy even after calling and talking to three people and leaving three voicemails from 12: 00pm on and it's now 6: 43 pm and the medication was never called in so I am in the same boat I was in when I came in to see the doctor this morning. I am respectful by showing up to my appt on time and spent hours at the pharmacy and on the phone with nothing done about it I don't think I will be going back to this office ever again.
