I had a wonderful experience with Dr Giselle and her staff. I had a Lipo 360 with fat transfer to breasts. They made sure i had all the necessary supplies to send home with me and by about day 3 I was feeling much better. Initial and follow ups have all been virtually and is easier than you might think. I am very happy with my results!

From the beginning they were very profesional, explaining the procedure and also the recovery process.

I live in Houston and they provided me with different hotel option that offer transportation to the clinic.

During the procedure the doctor was super nice, she helped me to relax and not feel anxious.

Is been only 3 months and I really like the result, you have to be patient because at the beginning is swollen.

I am almost 2 weeks post op from a mommy makeover. The results so far look great and I know they will continue to look great as healing progresses. I was battling between a tummy tuck or lipo. Having 4 children at home I wanted less down time, and less invasive. I will say I didn’t mentally prepare myself ahead of time that the healing was going to not be as easy as I was thinking in my head. As it is less invasive, it is still a procedure you have to prepare for. Also do the massages, they make a world of difference in the healing. I can’t wait to see the end results.

Had Xpress Lipo 360 done with Dr. Gisele and I am throughly impressed. Her staff is warm and friendly. I was extremely nervous about the whole awake liposuction ordeal but I have little to no recollection of the procedure because of the medication I was given. Recovery was nowhere near what I expected. I would do this again & again and again! I have recommended her to my family & coworkers. I’m only a week post op and I’m SO excited to see my end result. Thank you Dr. Gisele for helping regain my confidence <3

UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!

Believe the bad reviews, when something sounds too good to be true it usually is. Although it may be convenient it’s not worth the stress and money you will invest and they will only waste your time. This facility has completely mishandled me from the start to the end.

First off, I have no idea if this was an act of racism or if these people who work here are just insanely rude and lack bedside manners, or both, but BLOCKING my number when I’m trying to get ahold of a facility that not only has my money but wasted my time and has financially made me commit to a life-changing surgery is an insane level of unprofessionalism that I wish no one to ever experience.

I had to CHANGE my number to get ahold of this facility which is actually ridiculous. I called to clear the air about my worries because tone can be misconstrued over email & text. But I was met with rude unprofessionalism over the phone and lies from my patient coordinator (Liz) that made no sense and completely contradicted everything that this facility advertises online through its website + social media. When this facility decided they wanted to waste my time and randomly cancel my surgery all because I was asking for more information on the surgery, these were the lies they counjured up and told me on the phone:

I was told my BMI is too high, meanwhile, they have operated on people bigger than me on their IG. They also dont even know my BMI. I was told that they won't be able to meet my expectations when I never even communicated my expectations in the first place. I was told that I would need “too many surgeries”, which makes no sense because I was only doing ONE part of my body and only inquiring about other parts to see how much it would cost me and what it would look like.

Lastly, I was HUNG UP ON that same phone call with no real actual explanation as to why my entire surgery was abruptly canceled. And I was given a “consult” refund without ever talking to the doctor about why this decision has been made. All I did was ask for deliverables that I was promised from the doctor and never received them because they were never created in the first place.

I had financially committed to this by calling off work and getting bloodwork done and getting a driver for this procedure, paying for all of this on my end. Only for my surgery to be canceled with no real factual explanation whatsoever. Waste of my time and money. As a corporate professional and service provider myself, never in my life have I been so careless with a customer/client as they have been with me. This company has left a horrible impression on me.

Dr G has the best bedside manner ever. She’s a great listener and she’s smart, realistic, and kind. She’s trustworthy and I value her expertise! Anytime I’ve reached out to her with questions about additional procedures, she’s responded and she knows her stuff!

I had a wonderful experience at Exert Clinic. Dr. Giselle Prado-Wright did great work. I was extremely pleased & surprised that I didn’t have as much bruising as I anticipated.

I just had ChinXpress awake liposuction procedure with Exert Clinic. I want to start off by saying it was a great experience!

I was nervous about what the pain was going to be like because it is an awake procedure. I was pleasantly surprised, there was no pain, and my recovery so far has been great! The best thing I can think to reference it too would be like getting a tattoo, there was a little pain during the numbing process but wasn’t even that bad and didn’t last long at all. My lip filler hurt worse than my procedure lol!

I am so happy with my results and Exert Clinic! They have been so accommodating, they even provided me with a post-op care bag with scar sheets and everything I needed, even the things I didn’t think of.

Dr. Giselle is very real and was honest with me from the very beginning, I am someone who really appreciates that I never felt like I was just trying to be sold something.

I got botox / Dysport at Exert Clinic - 10/10 the staff was extremely helpful and Dr. Giselle was amazing! She does it all!
