Expert Productions, St. Petersburg FL

My brother and sister-in-law hired the wedding videographer at Expert Productions, and unfortunately the experience fell short of expectations. The combination of substandard video quality, extended turnaround time, and poor customer service raises serious concerns about the professionalism at this company. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for improvement.

I really want to give more stars, as our Wedding Planner Cherish and company, were absolutely amazing. My wife felt so relieved having such a great wedding planner, the process was seamless and the wedding was beautiful. We had a destination wedding so this was very important to us!

However, our issue lies with the Videographer and the production of the Wedding Video. I have paid upwards of $1,300 for a very poor quality Wedding Video. I waited over a month for the video to be sent to me. When it was finally sent to me, It was an absolute disaster and made my wife cry. I was forced to go into repair mode and contact the Videographer. I had to spend 42 minutes of my time, a month later mind you, on the phone, directing the videographer how to make this of better quality. There are too many examples of what make this a bad video to list. Nonetheless, he shaped up the video for a 2nd and 3rd draft which required us meeting on the phone. I'm shocked. I'm appalled in the lack of quality. The camera quality is poor. The editing is poor. Shots are over exposed or under exposed, the audio is awful, the audio transitions are awful. The professionalism in the work is an absolute 0 - A possible 1/10. We collectively as a family DO NOT recommend this company AT ALL for your Videography/Cinema needs. GO ELSE WHERE!

The irony. Before committing to this Videographer. I politely asked him if he could record the Wedding and transfer me the footage so I could make my own video for my Family. His response was as if he felt insulted and told me, "I haven't had a client ask me that in working for 20 Years. "

Well you know what. I don't think he's had a client in 20 years.

We had an amazing experience with Expert Productions for our wedding reception. Cherish, the Senior Wedding Coordinator, was exceptional—organized, detail-oriented, and passionate. She made everything stress-free.

Kyle, our DJ, was professional and a pleasure to work with, too. He understood our music preferences, kept the energy high, and had our guests raving about the fantastic atmosphere.

Expert Productions, led by Cherish and with Kyle as our DJ, exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Expert Productions for an unforgettable event!

Recommend by our amazing coordinator all of our vendors from Expert where absolutely amazing. DJ John did an exceptional job and kept the wedding moving from start to finish and matched our style and vibes the entire night! The photobooth rental and assistant made sure everyone had a great time and our guestbook was filled with memories. Our steel drummer Roger was an amazing compliment to our wedding ceremony and our officiant Mike did a beautiful job. Overall we had an amazing experience and good communication with everyone at Expert productions and would recommend them 10/10.
