The staff was able to find a new radio/CD player for my car which Best Buy could not. Install was less than the estimate and when I had no luck linking my phone to the new radio, it took them all of 20 seconds to do it.

They carry a wide selection of quality products, but they are not a place I would go if I just wanted to buy a new sub, (unless I needed it asap). They mainly specialize in sound system installs which is what I'd recommend for anyone who has limited knowledge or experience in that department and is willing to pay a pretty penny for a new sound system.

In town for the week wanted our windows done. They fit us in same day we called. We walked in and were greeted immediately with my name. Shown to the lounge area and they had our truck done within 30 minutes. Highly recommend quality work. Truck looks awesome.

Made an appointment for the next day for window tinting. Showed up a little early, they took my truck back, and i was ready to go in 35 minutes. Had windows tinted on new car, arrived earlier than appointment time and they took the car right in. Only took 30-40 minutes to do. Car looks much better. I got the Pinnacle tint, a little pricey but that’s ok, they did a good job and it’s guaranteed for life.

Wonderful experience. Full of electronics that I didn't know existed. Full of electronic accessories that I want to learn about some I will have installed very soon. Very clean, open space and comfortable waiting area.

Excellent Customer Service! I dropped by to see if they could undo the mess another installer did. (I hate when people dont take pride in their work) I wanted to throw the new stereo out the window and just get a new one and start over.
Their technician came out and said no problem, he could fix it. They had a no show, so they slid me right in. Nice waiting area with great AC inside. I'm happy now!

Ordered a Weather Tech bed mat for my new 2023 F150. It arrived, I picked it up at showroom, salesman handed it to me and did not offer any services. I went to parking lot and did the best I could to install mat. Workers walking all around me and not one asked if I needed assistance. 72 yrs old, 93' with heat index at 104' and no one helped me at anytime during the 20 mins I was struggling with this mat. Prices are way to high but it is hard to find components they sell anywhere else. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SHOP FOR ANYTHING!

Got tint done on the mustang today. I have to say, quantity over quality is how they operate. Get you in, get you out. Good for business, not for the customer. For my little 50k car, I would expect a little more attention to detail. They had foam material between the wind shield and dash, covering my Vin plate sloppily, had to tell them about that and to correct a bubble on the driver window at the base. Not a good look. Overall the job is fair, but would expect a bit more professionalism on the 1k+ tint job I paid for. Sweat marks everywhere inside and out, with no wipe down. Unimpressed. I'll go elsewhere on my future builds.

I picked up my vehicle today from Explicit Customs. This is the 3rd vehicle they’ve customized for us. The quality of the work, attention to detail and amazing sound is why we keep bringing them business. I’ve been ruined for most factory systems after having the Explicit team do their magic on sound. Thanks to all the employees involved in the projects. These guys are awesome.

Nick and the team at explicit customs far exceeded my expectations! They installed a Double Din stereo in my 2000 Jeep TJ - I went with their recommendation on equipment-Alpine and JL Audio. The sound is amazing- my dashboard looks awesome- better than factory-
they installed a 6 speaker soundbar but recommended to start with 2 JL 6.5 - pretty amazing because i would have easily bought all 6 - but the surprise was they made custom covers for the empty holes and Nick etch cool Jeep Easter Eggs in them - they also made a cool custom accent dome light- see attached pictures
