Vacuums do not work properly. This particular properly took out the small side crevices tool.

It’s a decent car wash. Gets the job done, but of course isn’t as detailed as a hand wash. I really like going there once and a while and having the opportunity to clean the inside of my car, too. Their vacuums are better than most and there’s usually space in the vacuum area where you don’t have to park next to someone.

Angel very rude. All the guys here have ego issues. No customer service. Place closes early. Turns off vacuums on customers. Doesn’t accept cash.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. Automatic Wash scratched my sons Subaru all over car. Sides, top and rear! Tried to call them and no answer. No voice mail. Bad Business!

One should stick to getting the cheapest option so you can use their vacuum system. Anything beyond that is a complete waste

Great experience! They have a special M-F from 3-6 to have 3$ off any wash. I would say try to be first one there cause it does get full easily. But overall great experience.

Decent wash but I'd like to see them add in all the things that they are tag on charging for. They need to remove one car space and repaint the lines that way everybody will have enough space to open their doors when their vacuuming their cars.

Love Joe’s! You get the best express car wash for your money. I’ve been to other places and my car never gets as clean as Joe’s. I appreciate the employees scrubbing down the windshield and my back window before I go through. I wish I lived closer, I would go every week. Come to Lake Mary Joes Carwash!

I have a monthly wash membership and use 3 locations regularly. I've had others and this one is the best. I recently had an issue where an employee removed something from the bed of my truck and when went back the following day it was nowhere to be found. I was disappointed. I went to speak with the manager about my problem and he corrected it. No longer disappointed and glad I'll be keeping this membership!

Went in for a quick wash. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Love the free vacuums. Will be back forever

I didn't end up using their service. I pulled up to the kiosk with a coupon in the afternoon on a Tuesday so I could try them out. The coupon was for half off not to be combined with other offers including their early bird or Wednesday special. The coupon scanner on the kiosk had a note saying it wasn't working. I called for help and a man came and told me he would open the back entrance for me so I could drive around and use the other kiosk. I wasn't sure why he couldn't put in the discount manually but pulled around and waited in line. He was standing there helping people when I pulled up this time. He helped me select which wash I wanted. Then, he proceeds to tell me they are currently under happy hour so my coupon might not work. Now I'm wondering why he didn't tell me this before I waited in line again. So, I asked to leave instead due to the poor level of service.

Incredible customer service. I had dried paint on my windows from going to the Taylor Swift concert and when I went through the car wash initially, the guys tried to scrub my windows as best they could, but it didn’t come off. I wasn’t expecting it too perfectly since I’d left it on a little long. While I was vacuuming my car with their free vacuums one of the employees, Javier, came over and offered to scrape the paint off with a razor and then run my car through the wash again. He not only when above and beyond to do something I hadn’t asked, but he seemed genuinely happy to help me in any way he could. Could not recommend this place and these people enough.
