Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, Panama City Beach FL

We have a 2020 Chevy Traverse. I've never liked my wife taking her car to these Express Oil places but she loved the convenience for her busy schedule. Well, we haven't NOTICED (keyword here, as I'm sure this isn't isolated) an issue up until now. Had our oil changed about 2000 miles ago and started receiving an "engine oil low" alert. Weird. Noticed spots on the driveway. Look under the engine. Sure enough, oil is splattered everywhere south of the Oil filter. Sure enough, there it is. Oil; almost an entire engine's worth has made it's way out of the oil filter. Bad seating? Bad gasket? Poor quality filter and gasket? Not sure. But whatever they did is causing us a bunch of headaches when she could have taken it to the dealership and had it done there.

We won't be using them any longer. Mind you, we have a 3 week old baby right now and this is the only vehicle we can carry our family of 5 comfortable in. (At the holidays too! Awesome! Thanks Express Oil.)

Go here all the time always under 10 mins to get my oil changed. Great guys who work there.

First time at this pcb location back in October. I knee I need brake light replaced. Told the tech, he never did. Iefr and started to smell burned oil. Found out my truck was leaking, it had never had a leak. Went back and tech tried to convince me bc of the age of my truck it was not their fault. This truck may be 20 but it is in better shape than most newer trucks. No scratches, no leaks, engine purrs like a new truck. I was called vulgar names bc I was not leaving till they fixed their problem. I worked service desk for a dealership, you won't win when your tech put filter on wrong. They fixed it no charge bc my husband called manager of shop.

I had been to several tired shops for flat repair, these guys are awesome, everyone else was a 2 to 4 hours wait, these guys got me to me 45 minutes and had a new tire in less then 15 minutes

This place is always so reliable for an oil change and little check up for your car. I always go here, but this time wasn't able to tip in cash (due to my own awkwardness) so felt the need to leave a review. I had literally no wait around lunch time on a Monday, which I think is pretty great. Thank you Dylan for the quick and friendly service man.

Brian's customer service was stellar! He was very funny, but thorough! Will be back soon.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was completely overcharged for an oil change and they did it incorrectly. So not only did I have to pay more money I paid more money for completely awful service.

WORST experience I have EVER had with a oil change place in my life. They kept my car 3 days, charged me $1,300, about what needed to be done to it, and didn't even fix what I took it in for. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

I've been here several times and I won't go anywhere else. They have what I need for my vehicle and do a complete check of everything. Everyone seems great but Brian is hands down the best. As a woman it's a worldwide joke that I'll get taken advantage of. He's very respectful, easy going, cracks jokes that makes the experience enjoyable, and doesn't try to make me feel stupid or try to talk me into stuff I don't need. No offense or disrespect to the other folks but Brian is my favorite. (Disclaimer: I don't know him personally, and have never seen him outside of Express) Great job!

Dishonest but smiling servicemen! "Free tire rotation, " great. But there is nothing really free. I always did my own oil changes or gave it to my local Toyota service personnel. For convenience, I took my car to this nearby location. I was shocked when the bill for a simple oil change came out to be a $113. They gave me a up charge of $30 for an oil upgrade that I did not ask for or need. (As shown on the oil cap, 0-20w Mobil is all that is required.) To make matters worse, they said that the oil pan plug need to be rethreated and replaced. (Unfamiliar or poorly trained mechanics never hand screw components but instead over torque with drills.) I knew immediately that this was total BS, as Toyota service over the years had never had a problem. Now there is oil dripping all over my garage floor after 12 years of never having a single drop of oil on the floor after my Toyota dealer performed the same service. BTW, that "service" to unnecessarily change the plug was an additional $20. Caveat emptor! I will contact the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint if this poor service issue is not resolved or if this post is deleted.

The service that Aidan gave was great!
Not only did he take care of the Oil Change I was there for fast and easy, he also offered to check and replace the Engine Air Filter and Cabin Air Filter. There is a big difference between up selling something someone doesn’t need and going above and beyond for your customer and Aidan certainly knows the difference. This was my Wife’s vehicle and I will be back with my Truck next time I need service.

Quick service, very professional! Great experience with being from out of town and needing service before returning home.
