I have been going here few yrs. I love staff. They gave me a birthday card that was heart felt. I appreciate there service.

Wonderful Doctors office! Staff and Doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. I have been going there for many years and will not change to any other office.

Every time that I’ve been to Extended life wellness it’s been nothing short of spectacular. A very welcoming and clean facility. Very good doctors and staff as well. I definitely would recommend any person to attend here.

You can tell they treat their patients right because you see the same faces everytime, kind of like a second family. It says a lot about an establishment when the patient's are loyal and chose to patronize that particular establishment rather another.

I have never felt better after searching for solutions for years a dear friend recomeded that I set up an appointment and I have never felt better in my whole life not to mention the service was incredible!

This is the best pain clinic I have ever gone to. I love how friendly and efficient the staff is. I always get reminder calls for my appointments. They treat you like family, not a patient. The doctor is amazing.i truly look forward to my appointment every month.

This place was very hospitable and professional and they are very generous as they made donations to my school's organization.

I didn't like this place at all. I went in to get an application and the lady was so rude just left didn't even bother to reply back.

Horrible doctor and staff, especially unemucated Nicole! Do not go here. Got a false reading was told I had to go to a lab.refused to redo the test. Went to lab who wanted $275.00.the wanted testing for alcohol (?). What does that have to do with pain management? Horrible experience. Went to a new doctor.left THE SAME DAY WITH NO PROBLEMS AND SCRIPTS IN MY HAND.
