Rented a unit here online. Got there in person, the guy on the gulf cart showed me where my unit was. Offered to help with the combination lock but I figured it out. Just very very nice, and of course the unit was clean and the door opened and closed easily.

Very nice place very clean I had to pee really bad I was at the business next door but they kindly let me come in anyway and use the bathroom great place great place imagine the storage place is good too but I just seen the bathroom but from what I seen this place is top notch

My experience with Extra Space was fantastic. Micheal, who greeted me and signed me up for a storage bin was incredibly nice. He had a very nice demeanor, and was quite helpful informative. He took the time to review all of the details and also walked me around to see what options were available. The facility is also new and very clean and well kept. Security is great as well.

From the 1st time I walked in, every one was so helpful and courteous. The 10 x 10 space I rented was very nice, very clean, very accessible and was a very reasonable monthly cost. They even had push carts at the warehouse entrance and very accessible and clean restrooms. Glad to be there.

Great new space nice and clean and Stacey at the front desk provided great customer service. Fast and easy process in and out in less the 10 minutes.

I've never rented a storage before, but the workers were very patient answering all my questions and extremely knowledgeable of sizes & prices. I left feeling confident i got the best deal and not that i wasn't bamboozled into something i didn't need. I would definitely recommend
EXTRA SPACE STORAGE!

This was our first experience selecting a private storage space for all our worldly positions as we closed out one house and awaited the completion of our new one.

From the initial phone call to the “800” number to moving our stuff into the storage space, our experience has exceeded all our expectations. The young women (Ky?) who we talked to on the phone was incredibly helpful asking many questions that we hadn’t even thought about and then helped us choose the right size space in the best location for us. This was on a Sunday. She told us that the manager of our Extra Space Storage location would call us on Monday and he did!

Chris D.has been there for us from that Monday. Friendly and personable he showed us around when we visited to check out th e location and the spaces we were renting. He explained options, recommended solutions as we asked many questions and was there for us every time we needed help. Chris D was also there when the Mayflower Truck showed up with all our stuff and made sure all was ready for the unloading.

We still have a second load to move into a second storage and feel very comfortable with the choices we made and that Chris D.will make sure everything goes smoothly.

The Extra Space Storage team offers a great deal of professional support, making us feel relaxed!

I absolutely loved this place. The customer service was exceptional, they even took the time to talk to my parents via FaceTime. I felt welcomed, not rushed Chris D seemed very personable and very knowledgeable. The facility was clean and the Wasabi green color scheme made me feel relaxed and at ease as this was my first experience renting a storage unit.

Chris Golden was awsome and upfront with all the costs, no hidden fees like the other places. Very professional and courteous! Got me in and out!
